Waited for over an hour on a rather busy night. Numerous cars in the drive thru. The workers came out twice giggling and pointing at the line (which hadnt moved in 30 min.) Then one by one, as we reached the speaker. We were told that they were no longer accepting orders. This was an hour before they closed. When we pleaded our case that we had been waiting for an hour+ to order. We were met with more giggles and told that the manager said so.

I have had multiple issues with this taco bell. Not being able to receive your order that you placed through the app and going through the drive thru placing your order getting complete silence for several minutes floowed by a guy coming out the back yelling that they're closed. Absolutely the worst taco bell in the valley.
Location sucks we tried to pick up and online order at 12:40 am and despite the employees being in there wouldn’t deliver it even than the restaurant said they have it, saying that it’s closed (despite schedule saying they close 2 am). It isn’t the first time and we won’t go back to this location, strongly advise against anyone ordering at late night

I've never had the issues that everyone else is describing. I might just not be as picky, having worked in the fast food industry myself. They always have my order ready, it's accurate, and tastes just like Taco Bell should taste.

Went through drive up, gave part of order, was asked to wait before my order was completed (10-15 mins) When they came back I was told they weren't taking order s anymore? So I left don't know what the 3 cars behind me did. Ended up going to the one on Northland.
