There is no customer service, only kiosks, so you can't communicate with a person. The ceiling leaks near the seating areas, staff don't understand how to fold beefy 5 layer burritos and make them not a sloppy mess. It was the worst taco bell experience I've ever had, and I have been to Sulphur Louisiana.

Extremely long wait time, food was jam-packed into a single bag and squished. Rice crunchy, the kid at the window was new I think and just doing the best he could. Lots of drama in the parking lot including cops and screaming. Some truck popped the curb and got stuck trying to leave the line. Wild time.

On the web it says dine in is open tell 11pm. Sitting here with my son and one of the stuff came out around the counter and said I'm closing the dining room. There was still people coming in. Will if they keep doing that. Then they should just close close this place or get a new people that wants to work. So lazy people this days. Do your job or get out.

Everytime I order from this specific Taco Bell it's like they dont start my order until I arrive to pick it up, even when I pre order it 30 minutes ahead of time. Seriously, 2 items took more than 30 minutes to make. This is ridiculous and I will not be ordering from here again.

Drive thru refused to take my order a little before 1am. Employees in parking lot smoking...ridiculous
Taco Bell’s have become notoriously slow, this one being no exception. My partner and I go to this TB once a month at most, and three times in the last year we have been served meat when she has ordered a vegetarian item or veggie replacement. Food prices are ridiculous considering she can’t even eat it half of the time.

I knew this place was going to be bad as soon as we walked up to the door and kt was locked and someone from the inside had to open the door for us so we could come in and order. We ordered off the kiosk inside and as we were waiting only one person was making the orders as the other girl was talking to her friends at a table. They were out of soda lids the floor was nasty sticky. My son order doritos locos tacos and they were smashed and broken when he opened it up. And somehow we ended up with an extra burrito. As we left the man who made our food came out the door that was locked and started smoking with his gloves on that he just made food with! Disgusting! Was not pleased at all.
