Don’t even waste your time coming here. They’re never open when their signs on the front of the building say they’re supposed to be and if you make a mobile order you’ll just end up getting it refunded with no food.

So some are trying & some are not! Props to the kid with dreds in back for bringing us our food, the front counter guy not so much! Drive thru order with only 4 things no changes literally took 10mins, had to repeat the order 4 separate times no noise from outside, but you could hear a loud woman in background on speaker from inside hollering, but when we pulled up there were hardly any cars so the inside was not busy. I get short staffed & new training but it's not rocket science...either..and to top things we got nothing we ordered..items were wrong...

Never going back to this location. I went through the drive thru . I ordered my food and The lady takes my money & gave me my “change”. I waited 15 mins for my order, the guy comes to the window and I told him waiting my food he said oh & then he came back, asked me if I wanted cinnamon twists. Said sure? When I got home I didn’t have the right change drove back to get the right amount. Went inside and told the guy, he said oh let me go get the cashier for that. He Went outside and came back & said he’ll give me the correct change. No apology. Nothing never again to this location.

I think that the employee shortage was evident. One lady took my order, then waited on me at the window and then went back and made my order. This particular employee was fantastic!! 10 stars! But she can't do it alone.

The counter lady was so unfriendly, never smiled, answered my questions with very few words and nods of her head. Really !!!! Then I got my food and it was horrific. Taco was dripping grease out of it and burrito was just as bad, threw it all out. Never again will I eat there at the one by menards off of W.College. Disgusting !!

i placed two orders for pick up at 2pm today. got email saying they received my orders and it was getting made. they took the money for both orders. i went to go get it because email than said they were both ready for pick up. i get there the doors are locked, so i thought ok i will go through drive thru. go through and no one said anything. so i went around front and called. again no answer. i contacted them through email and got the generic email back(which i expected since its a weekend). not being able to find a cancel order, i went to another taco bell and asked if they could make it and told them what happened. that manager( i assume) was awesome. he apologized numerous times and even called the gm of this store. i dont know if her real name is rocky, but thats the name that was said as she was on the phone. she is awesome and im sorry to say this place should just close right now. never going back to this location. Greenville is where i will go from now on.

Tried to go through the drive thru at 1:30am and surprisingly I was the only car there. Checked in, pulled ahead and proceeded to wait 15 minutes with no employee on site. After that and reading other reviews, I can see why I was the only one there.
This whole franchise is a scam. All lettuce and tortilla.

Waited there like 15 minutes nothing drove around building saw a guy walking around...so I thought oh just went to the bathroom understandably I went back around to the drive through to get my online order there where 2 other cars there and left .... saw another employee walk in and another different lady walk out (employee) so there just there to collect money I guess
