I went this afternoon around 1pm for lunch the person was nice and polite but honestly I'm gonna hate my self for saying this, they do have great a service but the food was bad the hardshell tacos I ordered were nasty they smell like they were cooked from years either way i was hungry so I eat em but it took just 4 hours for me to feel buzz and sick I puke and I'm still sick i have diarrhea i might have to go to the hospital soon. Not putting a demand it all cuz I am also a business owner but please keep thi in mind do not sale expired food to your costumers please take your time and smell the tortillas or the stuff you fry and if its smell rancid throw it out dont play with people's health.

The worse feeling is opening the bag after you ordered online, specifically asked for like 15 fire sauce packets, and you open the bag to no sauce at all. How do you miss that. You just assume im going to get my own from inside or what. Taco bell aint Taco bell without fire sauce. Annoyed

Worst place ever! Husband and I had a mobile order. Waited forever for a notification that it was ready, but we never got one. Told my husband to drive there and see what’s going on? He called me all furious that they didn’t start on our order and he had to wait when there was no line in the drive through. He did mention the workers seemed like they were on drugs or something because one of the workers looked high. Our food was not hot, it was cold. Wasted $40 on this damn order!

Place takes forever to get food. Not the workers fault when it gets busy. But maybe accommodate more staff during rush hour. Sitting almost 20 mins for one soft shell taco and a nacho fries are nuts.

I honestly never share reviews for places but this is the 3rd night I showed up to this Taco Bell and the people inside either had an excuse to not have to work and make the food or just blatantly ignore customers in the drive thru. Managers are definetly aware of this issue and don’t do anything about it.

Can’t rate the food as I never got my order, not the first time this has happened either. Night crew is solid some nights and other nights horrendous. Was told after placing my order on the app, and arriving to have the order started that they are not accepting mobile orders because she turned it off for the night. I work in the food industry, negating an aspect of your sales is pathetic when it comes to laziness. Staff was standing around in lobby. Another great experience at Richmond/Northland Taco Bell

Just horrible service the employees are rude. My order was all jacked up and my order was so easy four softshell tacos add sour cream so it should’ve been lettuce cheese sour cream. I get four softshell tacos with only tomatoes on them they were cold and old looking I took him back in to tell the worker what was going on they took my bag through the tacos in the garbage and told me you’d take 30 to 35 minutes before my order be remade because they had other orders to make. I’ll never return here again.

The women taking my order in the drive through was completely rude and disrespectful. We also waited 10 minutes for four tacos and we were the only one in line when we got there. It seems the employees are a miserable bunch.

Denying orders even tho they are open. Me and my partner ordered Taco Bell through the app, and they denied us our order. They would NOT make or give us our food that we already paid for.
Taco Bell needs to fired this lady because she is not following the policy and corporate of Taco Bell.
The service needs to get better. This Taco bell is open until 4AM! This is unprofessional and is internally rude to customers.

I created a pickup order for lunch while I was working hard in the rain. My lovely girlfriend picked it up for me and brought it to me, 20 minutes after my break ended, cold, and my freezie had melted.

She got to the Taco Bell and ordered, they said she can't place an order and receive a pickup order at the same time. Weird, but so be it. She gets her order, and circles around the drive thru. After waiting in line for a second time, she gets to the ordering kiosk and she is told she has to go INSIDE to pick up online order. So cool. She gets through the rest of the line, parks in the parking lot, and goes in, only to find my cold, nasty order sitting there. 35 minutes after after she got to the location. She got to me 25 more minutes after that.

Taco Bell has wasted our time and poisoned us for the last time with their stomach-upsetting, 2 paragraph-long ingredient lists. After previously considering each location was different, they undoubtedly are all filled with uncaring, untrained workers with half-ass policies that work to better serve the company rather than trying to cater to efficiency or to the customer themselves. All it took for me to drop them for good was 21 years of unsatisfying food, and the literal worst fast food experiences I've had anywhere. This was the last ridiculous straw.

It's not hard to personally boycott a bad business, it's hard to keep going back to it. After the minimum "90 days after an order is placed" passes and I'm allowed to delete my Tbell account, I'll never be returning.

Okay-so after leaving Appleton airport, myself and my party were starving after traveling all day and this was the only place open. We pulled in at 12:30 and we did not leave until 1:09-with four cars ahead of us. You might ask-“why didn’t you just leave?” WE COULDN’T. The asshats that designed this place put a curb with a nice little plot of grass so that once we are in-we cannot leave. We stayed in that exact spot for 40 minutes. Never mind that by that time we could have been over halfway home-this is a massive safety issue. Had any type of emergency happened, there is no way to leave that won’t cause significant damage to your vehicle and/or incapacitate it.

They had got my order wrong and at the window they gave me a sprite and I asked for a Baja blast and I asked if I still had to pay for the sprite they wouldn’t give me a straight answer they were just disrespectful. I will not be coming back!

Horrible customer service!! Ordered a Mexican pizza add sour cream. Usually the sour cream goes on top of the pizza...not this time. They put it with the meat between the shells and COOKED IT!! When I questioned the lack of sour cream, guy picked up the top shell and said 'it's there'. I asked 'You cooked it?' He turned around and walked away. Never offered to fix the problem!!
