I created a pickup order for lunch while I was working hard in the rain. My lovely girlfriend picked it up for me and brought it to me, 20 minutes after my break ended, cold, and my freezie had melted.

She got to the Taco Bell and ordered, they said she can't place an order and receive a pickup order at the same time. Weird, but so be it. She gets her order, and circles around the drive thru. After waiting in line for a second time, she gets to the ordering kiosk and she is told she has to go INSIDE to pick up online order. So cool. She gets through the rest of the line, parks in the parking lot, and goes in, only to find my cold, nasty order sitting there. 35 minutes after after she got to the location. She got to me 25 more minutes after that.

Taco Bell has wasted our time and poisoned us for the last time with their stomach-upsetting, 2 paragraph-long ingredient lists. After previously considering each location was different, they undoubtedly are all filled with uncaring, untrained workers with half-ass policies that work to better serve the company rather than trying to cater to efficiency or to the customer themselves. All it took for me to drop them for good was 21 years of unsatisfying food, and the literal worst fast food experiences I've had anywhere. This was the last ridiculous straw.

It's not hard to personally boycott a bad business, it's hard to keep going back to it. After the minimum "90 days after an order is placed" passes and I'm allowed to delete my Tbell account, I'll never be returning.

Okay-so after leaving Appleton airport, myself and my party were starving after traveling all day and this was the only place open. We pulled in at 12:30 and we did not leave until 1:09-with four cars ahead of us. You might ask-“why didn’t you just leave?” WE COULDN’T. The asshats that designed this place put a curb with a nice little plot of grass so that once we are in-we cannot leave. We stayed in that exact spot for 40 minutes. Never mind that by that time we could have been over halfway home-this is a massive safety issue. Had any type of emergency happened, there is no way to leave that won’t cause significant damage to your vehicle and/or incapacitate it.

They had got my order wrong and at the window they gave me a sprite and I asked for a Baja blast and I asked if I still had to pay for the sprite they wouldn’t give me a straight answer they were just disrespectful. I will not be coming back!

Horrible customer service!! Ordered a Mexican pizza add sour cream. Usually the sour cream goes on top of the pizza...not this time. They put it with the meat between the shells and COOKED IT!! When I questioned the lack of sour cream, guy picked up the top shell and said 'it's there'. I asked 'You cooked it?' He turned around and walked away. Never offered to fix the problem!!

I placed my order at the drive-thru and paid before receiving my food. Noticing that my total seemed unusually high, I asked the cashier, Brian, for clarification. He simply responded, “because of inflation.” After paying, I received my bags and asked for my receipt, only to find that several items I hadn’t ordered were included in my total. When I pointed this out, I was told that I had ordered them, and the window was abruptly slammed shut. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

There was 4 girls working, and okay Tacobell is fairly busy most of the time and 2 workers isn’t a lot at all. But they seemed to have an attitude that was very unsettling, the way they respond and cut people off is almost as if you’re sent to school to listens to your teachers? they talk to you like you’re dumb just because they are busier. mind you i came at around 12, there was max 5 people inside and i didnt see many cars leaving the drive way. out of numerous things, the one on college and little chute are way better

Service is atrocious. No one in the lobby or in the drive thru, we pull up to order at the drive thru and bro says it’s a 30minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. Drove by the window and saw employees on their phone. I also was here a week ago same circumstances and they said they were only doing online orders. What the flip is this??!!! It’s gonna make me crash out!😡😤🤬

Worst Taco Bell I’ve experienced.”Ran out of product” I think they just didn’t want to do their job. The rest of the reviews show this place is terrible as well. Don’t waste your time on this establishment !

Sad excuse for a fast food take out restaurant. We ordered online, went in for pick up. Outside the facility smelt like weed. They asked my name for the order after I waited in the lobby after about 5 minutes. I waited about 15 more minutes before trying to grab one of the 2 employees attention, as I was the only person in the lobby to get a time range. After a while they asked for my name again, then asked if it was a mobile order. I said yes. That is when they told me mobile orders are through drive through pick up. After verifying there was no way to alter the order that had already pulled through from my bank, I proceeded to get in the drive through line and wait 30 more minutes before being able to even get to the drive up speaker. After confirming my order, it took another 15-20 minutes to get to the window to get my food. After all of that, an item was still forgotten. So unless you have an hour to spend on Taco bell, don't bother.

DONT TRY TO USE COUPONS! They should just become a drive through only store. Went up to the register to use a coupon for a free taco. I was told that I had to go in my car and go through the drive through in order to use the coupon. I should have asked for the manager.

I ordered the Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme meal and 2 Chili Cheese burritos. I got 3 burritos and 1 regular hard shell taco. They weren't even busy so I'm not sure how they got my order soo wrong! I should've known something was up when they gave me my food like 20 seconds after I had ordered.
