Just wow. I placed a online order for them to cancel it. They refund me. I drive there to place the same order and get told "That's online only" to end up with something else that I can't customize because that's online only. Only option I got was my drink. 6.59$ online for the box. Almost 10$ in person for a different box that I didn't want.

I have been going to this Taco Bell on Richmond St Appleton, WI for a long time. Everytime I order crunchy tacos, when I get home, they are completely soggy on the bottom of the tacos! This is not enjoyable to eat a soggy taco. I suspected the reason was because their taco meat WAY TO WET!!! I went inside today to e and behold, I was right!! I have been to lots of Taco Bell’s and their meat isn’t dripping wet. I thought all Taco Bell’s have the same meat made the same way!!! I’m just so tired of getting take out and having soggy tacos.

I have never had any issue with Taco Bell until I came to this location. I am not in Appleton often but everytime I forget that this location sucks it only takes 1 trip to remind me. This time I ordered a Cantina Crispy Taco, a nice little cheesy soft shell grilled chicken taco, very simple. This time I got some chicken in a broken up hardshell with 1 side having melted cheese on it. Clearly this team doesn't care or have any type of pride in their work. It was so bad I took the time to make a review and post a picture.

It took 2 hours from when we entered the drive through line until we got our food. And for a large portion of time we could not even leave the line as we were blocked in... Forced to wait, just to have the employees tell us they only have 2 people working.Well these 2 were not trained to work fast enough. I could have went in and served the 15 cars myself faster.... And they forgot the hot sauce.

Went to pick up my mobile order even though they had a sign on the door that said open even though they weren't and according to the associate they can't put up a sign that they are closed even though they are because corporate said they can't be closed. So they would rather lie to the customer by showing everything that they are open even though they are not. Cause I mentioned that they should turn off the lights at least but they can't do that.
