My god. When I worked at Taco Bell in 97 the standard was 45 second drive times. This store is pushing ten minutes per car. Just wow. I ordered two items, off the value menu, and I've been here ten minutes at the window. Everyone behind me is pissed. The chick at the window handed me a soda without saying a word and hasn't been back in ten minutes. This place is obviously about to close. And now I have my food, but it was obviously sitting on the counter done for a while because it's half cold (and cold Taco Bell is disgusting). What happened to you, Taco Bell? Who hurt you? Show us where the bad man put his hands on your body.
Highly recommend avoiding this location if you love Taco Bell. Go to one with at least 3.5 stars. This one is very frustrating.

I literally dont know why people go here. This TB hires people that don't wash their hands, cough on the food, use dropped food to serve, no hats too some times! I've seen all of that, and they don't even change the frier oil often at all. Turns all black. Don't forget adding the extra protein called hair to the slop they serve.

Went in at 12:50. No one in line, waited 20 minutes then asked how long it will be. Someone from the back yelled 30 to 40 minutes. I asked for my money back, the woman up front said I was rude for asking for my money back. One employee was on her phone, one went outside. There were 4 there. Only one was working. Unfortunately I didn't have an hour to kill getting Taco Bell.

Would give zero stars if I could. Had an issue while picking up an order. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while everyone in the kitchen just ignored the people waiting. There was a gentleman who kept yelling to the employees in the kitchen to get their attention and they'd look at him and just continue to ignore him. The drink station has mold in the ice catcher, the entire restaurant is filthy. Will never go back to this location.

We got here at 11:20 and no lights on at all in the parking lot or building. It looks closed but they are taking orders. Super creepy atmosphere.
