Late night food gone wrong. I just wanted to grab a snack on my way home after babysitting. It was 10:00. I waited in line in the drive thru and finally got my nachos at 10:45. The chips were an assortment of fresh and stale. No lie. I either had a fresh crunchy chip or a stale chewy chip. It was a gamble. Last time I think I need a snack. Taco bell is not worth it. However, the woman working was as pleasant as she could be for having the job she had.

Every single table was dirty trash on floor then about to order and said they didn’t know how long it would be for us to get there food cause a guy behind counter had a sore knee

Piss poor management. Pretty sure the kid who made my quesadilla was stoned, the cheese wasn’t even melted. He couldn’t even manage to cut my quesadilla. When I went back up there and asked for it to be cut it was an inconvenience and he still couldn’t manage to cut it. I had to go back up there and ask again and the lady who cut it that time also did a crap job.
Get better management or just shut it down.

Sat in drive through with an online order for 30 minutes just to find out the lights were on but nobody was working. Another time took 30 mins in the drive through from an Uber order for 3 things. There's employees coming out the back door every minute. Like what are you doing? There's 10 cars in the drove though... get to work... you the time I got the food it was cold, and didn't even have napkins hahah. I mean kinda what I expect from this chain tbh

We waited over an hour to get to the window and then we sat and waited and watched people walk past the window for 30 minutes with no food coming out, we had to call inside to ask them to get our food out and it still took 10-15 additional minutes.

Historically, I have had a truly terrible experience at this location. However my visit today was perfect! Crew seemed to be fully staffed, everyone was very friendly, and the food was fast and accurate.

We sat in the drive through for over an hour and 45 minutes after only ordering a slushee and Crunchwrap which they did not even get right. This is not the first time. This is ridiculous! Will not be coming back! Do not recommend going here!!!!
The food was as expected and the wait was not bad. We were told it might be a longer wait but turned out sooner than expected. They were up front and honest. That is something I can really appreciate.

Absolute garbage. They not only have staffing issues (10$an hour will no longer get you quality workers) but the ones they do have no longer care about quality. I'm completely done with taco bell. Taco John's is way better for the same price

Ugh im big and want food it always takes sooooo long to get the food it has been 25 ish minutes already and the food here is so mid other toco bells are SO much better
