I loved this place. My favorite kind of restaurants are Mexican restaurants with a touch of American, hence the muy salsa burrito with fries in it. My first impression was that it was going to not be worth my money, but I was actually quite surprised. I sat down and almost 4-5 minutes later I got my food. Not only was the guacamole amazing I didn't even get to eat that many chips because my food came so fast. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I loved the decorations inside that strangely made it feel very cozy. 10/10 this is now one of my favorite restaurants.

This was my first time here, and I had the Birria beef tacos. The were delicious, they were stuffed with beef, much more than any others I have had. They offer a salsa bar with 8 options. (I tried the tomatillo and the real chipotle chili salsa was my favorite. It sort of feels like a fast casual atmosphere. But family owned. Service was great, food was brought to me in under 5 min.

Awesome new Mexican restaurant in Appleton. I ordered the Burrito Muy Salsa with a stop at the salsa bar. Margaritas were also very tasty. Cool bar area with sports on TV. Get yourself out to Taqueria Muy Salsa.

I Loved the Carne Asada and my husband loved his Tostadas. The salsa tastes like my favorite @ Los Banditos. Very friendly staff, and loved the ceiling decorations! Will definitely be back when in Appleton!

Carne Asada Bowl: I Cried a Little (5/5 Stars) I've officially established a relationship with this Carne Asada Bowl. It's complicated, mostly because I want to marry it, but it’s a bowl. The beef is so perfectly seasoned and tender, I briefly forgot my own name. It’s fresh, loaded with amazing toppings , and it’s big enough to be your lunch and your dinner, if you have the willpower. (Spoiler: I didn't.) Taqueria Muy Salsa, you're the reason my diet starts tomorrow.
Been here several times and it never disappoints from a Muchelada to a Pastor taco its become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the fox valley.

I’m surprised this place isn’t booming. The food is excellent, the margaritas are fantastic, and the atmosphere is clean and very cool to look around. Second time here and I’ll for sure make this a staple in my outings. There’s a little salsa bar with limes and other toppings for your tacos too.
