Very disappointed. Went there last Friday night and it was easy to find parking and a table, though we got tired of waiting for a hostess and sat ourselves. After 45 minutes of waiting, no waitstaff showed up to even take a drink order. Plus there was a layer of dust covering everything. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The food was very disappointing. I was too hungry and not a lot of time to send back, and I had a time crunch. And we know you don't send back. Don't ever send it back. If you didn't know, don't mess with waiters or waitresses, especially the cook. In this case, the waiter did a great job, and the cook did his job. It was the food itself that was the worst of quality, no freshness, dried out, and sauce was water no thickness. And for the cost, I was scammed into the mindset that the food would have been full filling and wanting to come back. NEVER AGAIN.

They have a wide variety of menu items. 17 of them use the whiskey glaze as a ingredient. The day we visited, they were out of whiskey glaze for everything. Would seem to me that if you have an item that is in 17 of your entrees, it would be pertinent to never run out. Otherwise the food that we did choose was delicious and the server was friendly.

This visit was not good. We were there Saturday with only a few groups of people eating. We were seated, given menus and a waitress appeared about 5 mins later asking for our drink order. Then, we waited and waited, I said we'll give it 4 more mins then we're leaving. Waited more then I happened to see her 2 tables behind us with our drinks talking to a customer, we stayed. Placed our order, then waited for 25 mins for 2 sandwiches+fries and no one was really in this place. While we waited for our food, the waitress walked by us a few times with no acknowledgement and our empty drink cups were at the edge of the table for refills. She was really nice but lacked with communicating with customers. 2 stars for okay food but probably won't come back

Our waitress disappeared and I had to get another person to come to our table for drink refills. The table next to us had little kids running around and parents were not watching them.

They have a sign that says wait to be saeated but no one was there when i was so i picked my own seat, the seating placement i choose was good. And although the food took forever to get to me (40mins) even though there was nearly anyone there eating just a few small groups of people, the food was so good and amazing. But i did get bloated. Still id probably recommend it.

the doors locked when it says youre open? Unreliable hours and service is always spotty there used to be nice servers but the bar tenders are rude. Food is always good i wish i could tip the cooking staff not the servers.
