WE LOVE T.G.I Friday's. Staff/Food/Value is 5 Star! We stop in about every 3 weeks to visit and have a great meal. The Appleton WI. TGIF is our favorite. We enjoy visiting Les and all the staff. they all work VERY hard to make your visit extra special! Every item on their menu is priced very reasonably and the drink specials are the best! they have a variety of cocktails and menu items. The food is always piping hot! The sliders are always done to perfection. Spinach artichoke is also rock star! Give them a try .... You will not be disappointed ! The staff is by far one of the best in the valley ! Be sure to sign up with their rewards program too ! Thanks again TGFI for another wonderful night out! Don't order a mixer, there's MINIMAL alcohol at best. Felt like I was inconveniencing the bartender. Switched to beer, she said the lines had been changed, but definitely a weird taste. Not clean and crisp like you'd expect

Ordered Potato Skins - they actually had potatoe in them, very surprisedBucket of Bones - its a combination Ribs and Traditional Wings. Asked for BBQ but the wings came with the Whiskey Glaze. I'm not a big Whiskey guy but was very pleasantly surprised by the sweetness of the glaze.My server - Irene was out of this world awesome. When I said asked about the glaze, she quickly apologized and offer to have them redone. She was very engaging and super friendly. She made the visit so much better!

Food is always great. Came in the night of 3/1/24 around 6:45PM and the waitress on duty was amazing! Very nice and kept meHydrated. Food came fast and was hot. We went to Applebees over our usual TGIF and was very disappointed. Applebee’s and Fridays is like night and day. I’m not even sure how Applebee’s is still open. Small portions rude and incompetent staff and burnt food.

Delightful food very good and there service was really nice like I was in town because my brother had a wrestling match so we went out and the waitress charged my phone since it was almost dead well I ate since I had about an hour drive back and it's a really nice
2/24/24We went to Fridays for the first time for me and my family.. we were seated and are waitress was very rude…(she has 2 eyebrow piercings both in the middle of eyebrow.) forgot her name. We waited 30mins to get are food then when the food came she had to go back to get my bf food she came back and asked what he ordered and he said the Philly cheese take she came back and said she forgot to put his food in I would understand if his was the last order but his was the 3rd one out of 5.. we waited another 15 mins before his food arrived. She was very snotty. She never checked up on us if we need refills or not. We asked for 2 dr peppers 1 sprite she brought us 2 sprites 1 dr…. I know it sounds like I’m Bi*ching but the customer service of the waitress was unacceptable. I worked in waitressing a lot and in training checking on your tables is key. we spoke to the manager that was one duty he had great customer service He told us he would talk to her he did and she treated us very poorly after that and gave us a lot of attitude… more then before. It seems like everyone who works there dosent wanna be there… never going there again..

Me and my girl friends dad went to this tgi Fridays it was my very first time ever going so I thought this was gonna be an awsome experience turns out it wasn’t… let me just say this was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant ever in my life and I have been to many..many restaurants so I ordered a Philly cheesesteak simplest thing ever me and my family had ordered and for them to cook the food it took them over an hour which was ridiculous if you ask me then my family had received the order but I hadn’t and the waitress had to ask me what I had ordered and she goes back and then comes back and says that she didn’t put my order in at all so I had to wait another 15-20 minutes and then I received my food she had knocked my meal off of the bill which was great but the waitress overall was very unprofessional and a bit rude she didn’t check up on us we had to ask her for everything which honestly is very unacceptable to a customer and my girlfriends dad had asked her for two drinks 1sprite 1 dr pepper and then we received two sprites 1 Dr Pepper so this told me the overall professionalism and lack of training she looked very very uncomfortable in the working environment she was in…would appreciate it if you guys would train staff accordingly so they don’t treat the customers like complete garbage we had gotten the manager after and he had somewhat taken care of everything so I saw.. but after this interaction with the manager the waitress proceeded to get very rude to us and honestly was..let’s say unacceptable to say the least…I will let you guys know I will never come to this restaurant ever again

They need more servers. Service is very slow and it doesn't seem like anyone is helping each other out. I felt bad for our server who wasn't even supposed to be here anymore, running his butt off, had to make our drinks and obviously didn't even know how because who knows where the bartender was or if there even really was one, ate our appetizers before we ever got our drinks. We could have at least gotten water while we waited but instead nothing. Finally get our drinks and no straws and they're overfilled with ice. The place just doesn't seem efficient, people aren't helping each other and seem miserable, and item quality is poor. Won't be coming back for awhile until they get their act together... :/
