Issa their food is okay. The food are expensive for its price. The water tastes weird. The atmosphere of the restaurant is okay. Love the decorations, Issa there are too much Buddha displaying around the restaurant ?. I did order for pick up. I find it’s weird how the owner of the restaurant said “ don’t forget to tip me.” Like okay? I would’ve tipped her without her asking for it but just find it’s weird. ?

It was nice to have all of our expectations met! We went in for lunch, were seated right away and had a nice lunch. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be back.

Was seated right away at 6:51pm at the only table available. When our waitress started taking our order, a family of 5 walked in, and she immediately stopped and greeted the customers and told them they would have a table ready for them. We placed the rest of our order. We were given samples of three soups to try after receiving warm towels to wash our hands. We were given our soup we had ordered first to share, but one of the bowls we were given was not clean that we were given to use. Nobody came to check on us for a long time, and we were hungry wondering about the veggie spring rolls we ordered.. We never received them at all during our meal. My friend and I waited a long time before our curries arrived. During the time we just started to eat, we saw the family of 5 I had mentioned earlier that needed a table, leaving the restaurant. In the 1 hour and 51 minutes, we dined at this..we had seen our waitress a total of 4 times at our table unannounced. Three times, we had to flag someone down for spoons, a dirty dish, and our bill. This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I felt neglected dining inside this restaurant as a customer and would just order takeout if I wanted this food.

As regulars at Thai Ginger Bistro, we've always enjoyed the atmosphere and food. However, a recent mix-up with our orders and a long wait led us to politely request a refund. Instead of understanding, the owner responded with attitude. Sadly, this lack of customer service means we won't be returning.

Our experience at Thai Ginger Bistro fell far short of expectations. Despite a two-hour wait, our noodle dishes were lacking noodles and overly sour. The owner's refusal to address the issue or offer a remedy was disappointing. We left after paying, feeling let down by the poor quality and lack of customer care. It's regrettable that Thai Ginger Bistro has lost our loyalty due to these shortcomings.

Noisy inside . Try getting in for food is the same chance of being struck by lightning. Food is good pricey but good . Drinks are skimpy ordered a soda for $2 lucky I got a full can of soda and no free refills. Soda is cheap for restaurants and shouldn't be skimpy on it.

We love this place. The food is amazing. Only downer is it can be very difficult to reach them on the phone to place a takeout order. Their phone system is odd. Sometimes it says it's not taking messages and hangs up. We usually keep trying because the food is worth it. There's no Thai food quite this delicious anywhere else.

1-star because even though food is good (and on the salty side), their service leaves a bad taste in your mouth. My family and I experienced horrendous customer service. I use to be a waitress so I understand what it is like to wait on tables, especially on days when the kitchen is slow and you have no control over that. However, instead of just apologizing and pouring us water while we waited, our waiter/waitress continually made excuses/lied for why people who came after us was getting their food first, why we got our special drinks last one hour later, why we waited 1+ hours for our food, and why their was a miscommunication about splitting the bill. Other tables also received warm wash cloths (their restaurant standard) and soup samples as a service/free mini app, but we didn’t. Not that we needed either of them, but it was obvious we were neglected time and time again. In the two hours we spent there, they only refilled some of our waters once.. I suspect racial discrimination. Maybe it was just our server??? Regardless, they don’t seem interested in having us back. And we won’t be.
