Good food, wait staff were stuck up and stubborn…spent a lot of money and they were disinterested….better attitudes = better tips

So first time I came in I ordered a salad dressing was terrible (French). I ordered an appetizer platter instead came out burnt. Manager comped one meal (ate none of them except few bites of chicken). He gave me a 15$ gift card. Went again food was ok this time but gift card machine was down. And looking at the bill charged for a sauce we thought came with wings never told up charge and didn’t use. This is the third time this has happened here🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Trying to pick up food so i can try out this foods place for the first time, but customer service hung up on me when the conversation wasnt even done. Will be avoiding this establishment and its bad business practices now.

We ordered food for pick-up, timing was great, service not so much. I stood at the bar and was not acknowledged. Eventually, I got one of four people’s attention (it was not very busy). The bartender set my food down, and walked away with no exchange of words. A hello, how can I help you, thank you or you’re welcome would have been expected and nice.

Ordered online for delivery down the block on a Saturday around 8:30 pm. Order included ice cream among the heated desserts and pizza. ETA was originally 9:25pm which seemed reasonable. Order finally arrived, cold at 9:50 pm. Ice cream completely melted, cold pizza, cold desserts. No microwave (or freezer) in the hotel. At least one driver change. I'm not sure who to blame on this one, the bar or the drivers. Next time I'm in town, I might try to go in and see if its better.

In Appleton for some shopping and decided to eat lunch here. Enjoyed the perch regular as well as gluten-free for a friend. So tasty

A large group of my friends and I came here after my friends wedding. We are all from out of town but recognized “The Bar” from Green Bay. We were at the bar about to order drinks when a large group of overweight men started harassing my friend and called him a slur. When I brought it to the attention of the bouncer near me, he said “that’s freedom of speech”.

Food is always consistently good. Great atmosphere

The bruschetta is my absolute favorite! My son begs to go The Bar for their wings! Family friendly and just a great atmosphere for all occasions.

I ordered off door dash it's been 2 hours since I ordered when I called they hung up on me

The food took over an hour, and was cold. Poor service from the bartenders while we were waiting made it even worse of an experience.

Everything was great!!

Screwed up the order 🙄 then found multiple hairs in our food. NEVER AGAIN 🤬

It's decent nothing special

What a nice place with good options on the menu. I had the pulled pork nachos, one of their specialty cheese burgers and sweet potato fries.
