The Melt Down is not an actual restaurant. This is called a ghost kitchen, this is just Denny's attempting a different marketing scheme with a slightly different menu. A lot of the big chains are doing it. Consider spending your money at local restaurant instead.

This is a no star rating, although I am forced to put one in order for a review.I'm am not impressed with this restaurant and how it handled my order. What I expected from them was being responsible for double checking it before it leaves.Clearly this is not the case. The order from here is aa simple as I can get it. It is very clear on the receipt that I ordered onion rings, not dried up overcooked fries. They cannot seem to fully understand a customer service request and how to properly pay attention for a simple order to fulfill.Every time I order something from here they always do this... I ordered onion rings and instead I received these fries that are totally disgusting; dried up and over cooked. The overall food is nasty anyway.I don't know who is responsible for this. This is totally unacceptable!! So sad and unfortunate. I will not be returning.

If I could give them minus stars I definitely would. VERY MISLEADING! THIS IS DENNY'S!!! Thay are NOT in the Denny's plaza...they ARE DENNY'S1. Worst experience picking up an order.2. Their "famous fries" were frozen cardboard3. Over buttered... they must have literally used a stick of butter per slice.4. I don't know if the food was bad or salt is their signature seasoning but it was overly salty as well.

Went there for breakfast this morning. Horrible service to start things off. Then when the food arrived I got barely done hashbrowns they looked like they were on the griddle for 30 seconds max the scrambled eggs and the pancakes were both raw horrible experience and will not go back. Shame on you Dennys For this kind of food and service.
