Came here for lunch. Ordering food and there was a huge misunderstanding. I was fairly confused. I asked for ketchup and mayo only on my burger probably like 4 times. I then get my food, take it home to eat. Burger had the works so it was wrong. Eh, that’s okay. I just ate it anyway. Fast food work is hard, I’ve done it. Now, I don’t write reviews but I literally chipped my tooth on something hard in my burger. My girlfriend even hard the LOUD crunch. I spit it out but could not find what was hard in my burger. I’m am never accusatory and it would be hard to imagine someone doing something like that but came here occasionally but that’s it for me.

I went to this restaurant for dinner. When I went inside to order, the guy taking my order was flipping his hair around. It was not a good sight to see. Also I wasn’t for sure if it was the manager but he was yelling over the food and next customers trying to order and the employee couldn’t hear the customer. I will not be going to this location again.

The last 2 years the food has been a disappointment to say it nicely. I was a long time supporter of Tom's for decades. Something has changed in the past few years. Went to multiple locations and the burger meat is not good and the lettuce is ALWAYS limp and soggy and old. Will not be going back.

Very disappointed in the wraps the last few times I’ve gotten them. There’s maybe 2 pieces of breaded chicken then the rest of the wrap is just an insane amount of lettuce. They are not cheap either.
