Absolutely disgusting meal. Food had obviously been precooked and then reheated in microwave. Spent $24.00 on this meal. Only remedy was the manager, Justin, offered coupons. I have no use for coupons to a restaurant I'm not going to patronize again.
We threw the food away because we were concerned about possibly getting food poisoning.

We ordered a bacon chicken ranch and a #9. The chicken was rubber, burgers were dry, cheese curds overcooked. Not worth $24!

What happened to the meat? SOMETHING HAS CHANGED! The burgers are tasteless. I think they have a new meat distributer. PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR OLD ONE! I have gone to 3 different TOM's all disappointing.

I've always been a fan of this place. Just pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:45 p.m., 15 minutes before close, I was told that they are closed and weren't taking any more orders tonight. So much for local hometown customer service

A few weeks ago I ordered a raspberry milkshake and they put the blue raspberry syrup for the slushies and they insisted that was the raspberry shake when the actual raspberry milkshake has actually raspberrys in it

Great burgers here for a reasonable price. Reminds me of flame charred burgers. Fries are good but not enough salt so kind of bland so add lots of salt. The big box of fries is big and will feed 4-5 people. Great onion rings too. Malts good but pricey. Overall a great burger. Customer service is usually ok but it depends who all there so they have bad errors my last 2 visits. Sometimes food sits out awhile when busy so it gets cold fast.
