We choose Tom's only because it's one of the fast food restaurants in the area that offers gluten free buns. Cashier at the window told us to pull forward to wait for our food. A few minutes goes buy and an assistant manager comes out and tells us that "I'm so sorry but we're out of the gluten free buns" then stands there quietly as if to offer us a chose about what to do next. We didnt even see the food and offered to give them back in return for a refund. She said because of past patrion abuse the store policy doesnt allow refunds. What? You have a store policy against refunds? She gave us her name and said the general manager would be in would be in the next day. The general managaer was somewhat helpful but since the incident happened the day before they couldn't help us even with a receipt and we would have to call corporate. Thankfully the refund was processed by the end of the day. Won't be eating here again when this is the result of kitchen staff not being able to check it they have prepackaged gluten free buns upon orderding.
Clean. Good service with a sense of humor! Bathroom clean... Keto.. only with much removed... just every now and again a cheeseburger on lettuce is a treat. Tom's is good for that and quick.

My daughter and I purchased the guacamole bites and guacamole wrap. Both with chipotle. The wrap was good, we enjoyed it, and the bites were ok, but they do have a bite to them.Vegetarian options: Guacamole bites, wrap, and salads ?

Sent you a message last week.I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Drove down the road and tried eating the burgers they were all cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were Luke warm. Never heard back from you so I guess you all don't care about your business. I totally agree with most of the reviews below I always used to enjoy stopping food was hot prices reasonable. After this experience and seeing as how you don't care I doubt if I will be back. And I will let people I know about the experience I had
