The 'manager' Tom seems to treat his staff rudely and poorly, and seems unmotivated. It's disappointing. I love the smoothies here, and the actual working staff are wonderful, but will not be going again as long as Tom is the manager. I strongly suggest finding someone who actually cares about your employees. Customers can tell when employees are treated poorly, and nothing turns me away from a place quicker then poor management.

Ordered catering for a Habitat for Humanity build. Went through the E-Z Catering website. Food for 15 received on-time and was absolutely DELICIOUS! Staff was helpful and courteous. If you need to cater a lunch and you’re sick of the “regulars” (burgers, subs, hot dogs, etc) check them out! Better than the sub places, quality of Panera and more reasonably priced!

Our family enjoys the smoothies, we only go as a special treat as it is a little pricey. They have a few kid-size options. Our kids like the banana strawberry smoothie. The staff so far has been nice and the place looks clean. It's worth a shot if you like smoothies.

First of all, the smoothie was deee-licious!!! Secondly, the employees are some of the kindest, coolest people! My car quit working in the drive through and about 3-4 employees came out to help jump my car without me asking and even gave me advice to ensure I drove it around to recharge the battery. I was happy to pay for the smoothie but they even comped it despite actually having to do MORE work. Thank you guys so much! I hope you see this - you made my day and I will be back (with a different car!) Haha

Usually have had good experiences but 5/11 i walked in. Female workers laughed at me right away, a nice gentleman helped me and the girls continued to look at me, laugh, and then whisper to each other. I always have amazing experiences here but this one lowered my expectations a lot. Everytime I come I get the same thing and it taste different everytime.

This location’s staff went above and beyond. Smiles, speed and satisfied customer.
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I got a “hello” when I came in but nothing else. There was one woman in front of me for the first 3 minutes. She ordered and stepped to the side, then I was ignored. There were 2 smaller orders on the ordering board (2 or less smoothies), and 4 orders on the food side (each less than 3 items).
There was one group of 3 at a table who received their order, and two girls at the bar seating who had food and drinks. There were 4 visible employees working. Not a single one of them could even give me brief eye contact, much less a “be right with you.” I used to manage a TSC, and I would be mortified if my staff showed this lack of even minimal effort at customer service.
