Their wraps and their smoothies are so fresh. They are delicious. I definitely recommend.

Food was mediocre, delivery forgot all drinks and refused to redeliver. Last time doing business with this company. Founder of Tropical Smoothie was by Brother In-laws best friend in high school.

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

Bummer tonight.. The only thing that sounded good from any door dash & when this got home, … burnt. The smell was so strong. Ended up scooping the chicken and cheese out, adding cheese and sour cream. Managed but disappointed it left the kitchen like this.

First time here. I got the detox island green smoothie and for my taste it's alright. I got a decent size given the price and it's only 190 calories. Which is good with me.

My total was $8.96 and proceeded to give the cashier at the drive through $10.96 to which I would get $2 back. To my surprise I got 1$ and some odd cents back. Didn't count the cents back because I was kinda put off by the interaction and it started to become uncomfortable for me. I'm 100% positive I gave them 96 cents in which I ask about the short change. They thought about it and replied I only have 91 cents, it's fine, and told me to have a good day. So I drove off because I didn't want to make both myself and the window person any more uncomfortable. It seems like they were already uncomfortable when I had asked about me getting short changed.

I don't care about the few cents, just the interaction of it all was off putting. Also, maybe for future use they should respond back to you how much cash you give them. It might help prevent uncomfortable situations like this. Since my short change was only a handful of cents I can just blow that off. But I just don't want other people to have this happen to them with more change than a couple of cents.

Unprofessional. The staff was horse playing with each other loudly. Clerk had his back turned. Female that fixed my drink had a frown and seemed mad the whole time. 0/10

Tropical smoothie has hands down some of the worst breakfast I've ever had. Pretty bad considering fast food breakfast tastes better than here. Also prices here are out of control.

Speaking with your customer service representatives has been a nightmare..the supervisor Terri wright is very unprofessional and will not provide me information to receive my refund for a product I never received. I am going to make sure I share this experience on all platforms and with friends and family. You guys do not care about your customers. There has been no resolution provided no offer of compensation no straight answer given to what can be done. It’s really insane to go through this behind some freaking smoothies! I am very displeased with how this is being handled between you and DoorDash whom you’ve chosen to use for deliveries in my area.

Not a fan of the new menu at the Conway Arkansas store. Won’t be going there.

I love the smoothies and tons of variety. Slightly expensive though. Over 10 bucks for a smoothie and $12 for an oatmeal. It's delicious and there's a good size portion it's still pricey to me

I’m sitting here drinking my smoothie. Listening to the manager yell at the phone when it rings making fun of customers, then answering in her sweet voice. Then after she hangs up continues to make fun and say “
I’m the manager your always gonna get me” and some other stuff. She’s currently chopping veggies yelling “ Damnit”. It’s not a great environment to sit and eat the food you paid for.
