I’m in charge of organizing the staff luncheon at Appleton East High School on the last day of school. We usually need about 100 personalized meals, and I always try to support locally-owned businesses. This year, Corbin reached out offering his amazing culinary skills for this purpose. He put together a personalized menu with GF and vegetarian wrap options, included a fresh baked cookie, and a bag of chips. His price was comparable to others, but the taste was on another level. Everyone was raving about how good everything was. Corbin made this whole experience very easy, with simple pick-up or delivery options. Every bite sparked curiosity, conversation, and genuine joy at our table. Our five courses were enhanced even further by perfectly paired wines that complemented each dish beautifully, highlighting the flavors and making the meal feel even more special. The atmosphere tied everything together — a beautiful, welcoming setting accompanied by perfectly chosen music and a gracious and warm host in Corbin. It was a complete sensory experience: rich flavors, thoughtful pairings, warm ambiance, and a feeling of being cared for in every detail. We left feeling grateful and are already dreaming of the next opportunity to experience it again.

I attended the New Year’s Eve event at Ukiyo this past December and it was beyond incredible. There were many things that set Ukiyo apart from any other restaurant I had been to. The space was clean and the table was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and elegant dinnerware. Not only did each dish taste amazing, but only a creative and highly-skilled chef could craft and successfully execute such a unique menu. It is apparent that Corbin puts his whole heart and soul into perfecting each dish. Corbin and his staff were professional, prompt, and passionate. All of them worked incredibly hard to provide their guests with a memorable experience. I ate delicious food, drank plenty of wine, made new friends, and got to see Corbin do what he loves. I would 1000% recommend Ukiyo to anyone wanting to host a party or attend a scheduled event!
