Uni Uni Bubble Tea

I ordered 3 drinks today, Sunday at 1pm. Based on the taste of these drinks, makes me not want to return. I was really disappointed. I can understand 1 drink but all three were really off tasting.

I won’t not recommend this place beacuse I’ve only been once so I’m not going to judge, but I just went for my first time today and my friend and I got milk teas and the milk was expired, she said hers had little chunks, I didn’t notice that but min had the very potent expired milk taste. However, I did try and free sample of the brown sugar waffle eggs and that was very good

Drinks are overpriced for the little cups they give you service is bad as well rude cashiers also trying to rush you and look annoyed

Walked into this cute shop with a self serve kiosk in hopes of satisfying my boba craving. I was super disappointed, in my opinion the menu is very limited. Decided to go with a Thai tea bc I feel like it’s impossible to mess up. Saw the color and instantly knew that it was not going to taste right. The texture of the boba was poor quality as well compared to other establishments. Will not return

Music was kind loud for a cute boba shop definitely different vibes from the original uni uni.
Drinks took almost 45 minutes for us to get ours. Those that walked in behind us got theirs first and had ordered 4 drinks.
When asked why we didn't get ours they said they dont go in order they go with what ever. Which is stupid should come as they order not be all over the place.
We ordered the oreo coffee drink thats suppose to have the whip cream on top and oreo dust and oreos for eyes. We got basically a crappy chocolate milk drink without garnish.
Mermaid drink the kid loved.
Monster drink strawberry matcha is okay

But atmosphere sucked.

I’ve been trying to get ahold of a manager from uni uni for weeks. No one has returned my call despite taking my information down twice. I ordered a gift card from uni uni online but it wasn’t until after I purchased that it indicated that it was the Wisconsin location. I live in a different state but I called and they said I could use it at any Uni Uni location. I was denied the gift card at a location in Illinois. I called back and they said I could get a refund and that the manager would call me. A manager has not called me and every time I call, they say the manager is not available. They’ve taken down my information twice with no call back.

Giving this location 3 stars. I've been here about 4 times and they've been pretty disappointing every time. Only 1x did they have brown sugar boba available. I added aloe the last time and I only had 1 piece of aloe in my drink, totally not worth the .75 cents I was charged for aloe. Drinks are also always super sweet, even when you ask for 50% sweetness. The drinks themselves are pretty consistent flavor wise.

I just went there with my mom, and the selection was amazing, and it had really cute candles and things to look at while waiting a few minutes. I love it and recommend it for boba and drinks!

Cute boba drink shop downtown Appleton with wide variety on their menu! I enjoyed the Peach Butterfly Sparkling Lemonade a lot. I cant wait to try more drinks in the future. Awesome customer service as well!

10/10 drinks and really good prices, definitely my favorite boba shop in the area!!

This is currently my go-to place for boba. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in Appleton. The atmosphere is on point, and there's always something new. I've tried lot's of different drinks and I have loved every one. Highly recommend for a fun outing with friends or family!

I only go for the tea because it is very good. The inside of the restaurant is cute too. However I can't give this place a 5 star because the service is less than par. Not one time have I ever hone here and was able to get my tea in less than 30 min. It shouldn't take that long to get a tea. For the ridiculous wait times, I've had to go to other locations that sell the same tea, at the same price, but move a lot faster.
