This is the only place of I know around here that servie authentic grass jelly!!! And lots of drinks can be costomized to hot drinks which is nice for the winter :)))))

Great Oreo Smoothie!

The environment was nice, and there were plenty of great shows for entertainment. However, my experience with one of the workers and the drink I ordered was disappointing. When I approached the counter, the employee was on her phone. I asked whether I should order at the kiosk or at the counter, and she only responded with “sorry” before taking my order.

Throughout the interaction, she seemed uninterested and unengaged — she didn’t smile or show any effort to provide good customer service. When I received my drink, which is something I usually order, it was bland and lacked sweetness. While the boba was soft and well-made, the drink itself was unsatisfying. Based on her behavior, I believe she may have been new, but being on her phone and showing little interest in helping customers came across as unprofessional.

Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory despite the pleasant environment.

I love coming here! I moved out of the area, but every time I come visit family & friends, I try to get to AmberLulu. They have a great menu! I stopped in today, and I think one of the two employees there was new. They said my drink would take a little longer because they were making a fresh batch of tea or tapioca or something, but I didn’t mind the wait! There are tables, barstool seating by the windows, and a couple of beanbag chairs, and I wasn’t in a rush so it was really nice to just relax in the atmosphere while I waited. Also, every time I go there, it seems like there are only 1-2 workers… kudos to them! I never mind waiting because I remember working customer service jobs and being understaffed. The workers do an amazing job, and they’ve always been super nice to me! Definitely a gem in Appleton:)

The tapioca balls are always super hard every single time i’ve ever been there. i mean, its obviously not authentic so i can’t complain. it’s like drinking boba from shein lol.

I wish i could give this place zero stars. After walking to the car and taking a sip of what i thought would be something sweet and refreshing, i was throughly disappointed to find that it was the most revolting thing i have ever put into my mouth. The taste was so bad i immediately threw it up outside my car door. The milk tea itself had a horrible aftertaste, along with a rotten taste when you first take a sip. Never returning.

Absolutely disgusting! 🤢 if I could give this place one star I totally would. I don't know what happened to this place, I used to get it so often and it was good. But today I decided to revisit it and noticed it went under a new name... along with a disappointing new taste. It MADE ME THROW UP!!! I got the coconut boba milk tea and my fiancé got the mango one and he literally THREW UP. The milk tasted rotten and the boba pearls tasted like soap.

Love their yukult and fruit drinks especially their bucket sizes during summer!

Wonderful experience

I had strawberry fruit tea with crystal boba and it was awesome!

I ordered 3 drinks today, Sunday at 1pm. Based on the taste of these drinks, makes me not want to return. I was really disappointed. I can understand 1 drink but all three were really off tasting.

I won’t not recommend this place beacuse I’ve only been once so I’m not going to judge, but I just went for my first time today and my friend and I got milk teas and the milk was expired, she said hers had little chunks, I didn’t notice that but min had the very potent expired milk taste. However, I did try and free sample of the brown sugar waffle eggs and that was very good

Drinks are overpriced for the little cups they give you service is bad as well rude cashiers also trying to rush you and look annoyed
