Always enjoy eating here. Food and service have always been really good. No complaints. I like the chicken a lot but no one in our groups we've gone with have had bad food there. Orders have come out correctly so far each time we've gone. Highly recommend.

Arrived for a pick-up order to wait for another 20 minutes while help staff locked the front door and shut off the lights outside the restaurant. The cook got sick and left so they were not doing anymore indoor dining tonight. I got home to find the pizza had a small slice removed from it, the pizza had obviously sat on the cardboard for hours given the amount of grease on it, and it had been reheated and was not freshly baked. What a disappointment.

Disgusting!! We literally walked out. The floors were really sticky and that should have been a giveaway that the place is not clean/sanitary. We tried to order milk and they indicated they couldn't give it to uss cause it was bad. We ordered our food and the kids got the make your own pizza. Their cheese was literally MOLDY. This is the same cheese they use on all the pizza. When we talked to the server he said the cheese was in the same fridge as the milk, soo.. Ahhh what!! So your fridge is bad and not gone through properly and u just serve people spoiled food. We canceled our order and walked out. I hope noone gets sick off their food. So disappointing that anyone there thinks that is ok to serve.

Stopped in at 11:30 and it wasn't even open yet. Online showed it opened at 11. Lights on inside.. Doors locked.. We talked to other people waiting in the parking lot and even tried calling about 5 times. Every time someone would answer the phone and then put us into a voicemail. At least 4 other cars left after waiting. My husband's first visit to Uno and I don't know if I will get him back.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to Appleton and ended up eating at UNO”s because I remember as a child 20+ years ago it was a RAVe but never got to find out for myself! The atmosphere as far as decor (lots of wood) and air conditioning pumping was nice! The food was disgusting I ordered a “deep dish” pizza and French fries! I should have known something was really off when the waiter told me my fries were being served 10 minutes before the pizza!! We munched on the fries that tasted like oil and fish! The deep dish was very very hard crust on the bottom and sides almost like a cement brick so scooped the RAW sparse toppings off and gave my daughter a piece. I took my second bite trying to make the best of it and a sharp BONE jabbed my back tooth! I stopped eating and waited a very long time for my waiter while all the workers gathered around standing and starring which was always and rude (it was slow) We didn’t eat and was told the manager wasn’t there (go figure) and I was still charged full price even though the pizza sat there was almost forced to take it home but I didn’t want to risk being sick! I don’t have good luck with picking fast food but I wanted to try for my daughter and I will never be back! It was dirty I left my phone number to be called back but never heard a thing! It was one of those situations they knew but was interested in making sure I shut up and paid
