An employee who I believe was a manager was throwing up/spitting up in a garbage for my husband and I’s visit. Looked like they were going through withdrawals. I am beyond disgusted by our experience and will not be coming back. When we first saw that we just were going to get ice cream through the drive thru but a young man was working very hard in the drive thru all alone and looked super busy/overwhelmed. We ended up getting a drink. Hope they close down.

Been a long time since I had Wendy's. My only complaint is when I ordered i selected curside, when I showed up I checked I was there in the app and was told the food would be out. After 10 mins I had to go inside, waited another 5 minutes before anyone realized I was there.

We ordered three single burgers with KETCHUP and nothing else and all three came with CHEESE. Nothing but Ketchup means just that! Tried to call the store and the phone on this site is not a valid number! So irritating!

Missing parts of my order, including sides and sauces. Tried to call back and the number isn't even a valid number! I'm so upset! I paid over $50 for food I didn't even fully receive! Yes I could go back, wait in line again, and maybe receive what I ordered only to come home to cold food! Very frustrating! Not even to mention I got 2 drinks and 2 frostys but not one straw, napkin, or spoon!

I visited Wendy's today around 10 am and had a disappointing encounter. Two employees, one with a face piercing and wearing a white shirt, and another with heavy makeup, approached my mother and me. They claimed we were holding up the line, but it turned out they had forgotten to give us half our food and drinks The situation escalated when one of the employees became disrespectful. Her colleague, despite her intimidating appearance, attempted to intervene on her behalf. Fortunately, a friendly male employee took his time to assist us and resolve the issue However, things took a turn when I tried to carry my four drinks in a cup carrier. The two employees threatened to call the police, which I found excessive. I felt disrespected and unfairly treated. The experience left a bad taste, and I hope to receive better service in the future.

I understand that it’s rude to order food when it’s nearly time to close, but for someone like me who gets done late and has a 50 minute drive home, being turned away or ignored 15-30 minutes before close multiple times makes me wonder why they even say they’re open as late as they are. If you don’t want to stay that late, change the hours to reflect that please. I’ll happily tip workers if they serve me that close to closing time, but I’m not even getting the option to order in the first place.

I was in a hurry and stopped at the drive thru in between leaving the office and heading to a work event. I ordered a single patty bacon cheeseburger, plain, a 6 piece nugget with bbq sauce, and had a coupon for free fries. The total for the two items was $11.90 and I'm still floored over that. Then, to add to it, I was pulling away with my food to eat on the road and there was no bbq sauce in the bag. No big deal, but drove back around. Stopped at the window and said there was no sauce in my bag and asked if I could pull through again. She said yes. As I pull away, the speaker goes off loudly and the employee goes "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! FOR SOME DAMN BARBECUE SAUCE SHE CAN'T COME IN HERE?!" I put the car in reverse, absolutely floored. I told her everyone can hear her and how does she know I don't have a broken leg??!! What if I was disabled?? What if I had kids or a baby in the car?? Let alone the fact that I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU FOR A REASON. I told her she should practice kindness next time and her only response was "maybe. " Absolutely disgusting. I will never in my life go there again, and can see by the other reviews it should have never opened back up.

Went through the drive through and they answered and took our order. Then we sat there and waited, we even asked if they were still there a few times. Nothing. So I went inside. The lady got upset and told me they weren't taking orders through the drive-thru because their system was down. Then went and made a phone call and put a sign up outside.
Meanwhile, inside the store...
Nobody seemed to know what was going on because there were 4 people at the counter waiting for orders and the staff didn't know who was getting what. Mixing orders and staring at each other, confused.
I gave the food "0" stars because I wasn't going to wait any longer, so I left.
Service got "0" stars because I didn't get any service.
Atmosphere got "0" stars because of the attitude.
Overall ONLY got 1 star, because otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to leave a review.
This is very disappointing because I was a manager at this location (years ago) and we were always thriving and receiving awards for drive-thru times.
Hopefully, this gets corrected, or the location will close again.
Place is dirty, food is cold and old tasting, staff is rude and cannot get orders correct. Won't be long and they will close again!!

35 minute wait is unacceptable. I don't even know if it'd take that long if I went to a sit down restaurant. I wouldn't have been as annoyed if they had told me there was a long wait, and hadn't kept telling me it was almost done (it was 15 minutes after they said that it was all done except for the fries).
Staff was also very rude to someone who suggested that if their lobby is closed at 10 then they shouldn't have a sign outside that says it's open til midnight (the person who suggested it was also rude, but I think the employee was rude first). The guy who mopped was very pleasant and apologized
