So I’ve been coming to this location periodically for the last 8 years. Today was the first time whoever was working at 2:45pm on 10/31/21 wanted to give me attitude because I had to repeat myself because he couldn’t hear. Raised my voice a little then he gave me attitude and said “don’t do that” I asked what and he said yell. Then I said I didn’t and told me goodbye and couldn’t get any food. first, the order confirmation screen was reloading over and over, so I could not verify my order properly
At payment window, I was stared at blankly. cashier could not comprehend that I did not want a coupon book for frostys. when I answered no thanks, I don't care for them.
at pick up window, I was given diet soda not regular. this was only caught because I looked at my receipt after paying to be sure things were right after the reloading screen.
