Today 12/23/2025 at 7:29pm I order over 20 dollars worth of food and simply ask for bbq sauce….it was told me I have to pay .53cents when I have over 16 chicken nuggets when I asked to speak to the manager I told “I’m the general manager.” She has a very nasty attitude and VERY poor customer service. She isn’t a good leader at all! I will be calling the customer care line also!

New owners have no idea how to run a food chain service is always slow and honestly hostile not to mention repetitive mistakes and lack of willingness to fix the mistake unless in in another town or a new owner takes over probably won’t even eat at Wendy’s in general anymore would recommend going elsewhere

The food was very fresh and reasonably priced. Update: September 28th, 2025 Omg the food was so fresh and really good. I've been sleeping on Wendy's breakfast. The manager and gentleman in the grill were so kind and helpful because I had no idea what to get. She deserves an award for patience and customer service for dealing with me. Overall, the best fast food experience I've had.

So for context, i had a terrible experince at a bowling alley today, but i just wanted to say Elizabeth is so sweet and really just nailed it, and the food is fire, thanks for bringing the joy back to my night!

Out of all of the fast food restaurants in the Fox cities this particular Wendy’s and Wendy’s in general is our choice for fast food. We usually come by late at night right before they close …The staff is always helpful and in a good mood. They have obviously great management and training. Delish SALADS!!! Love the new remodel- thank you all for your time and hard work.❤️🔥

The kiosk didn't work so we went to the counter and nobody served us. In fact they looked at us and did nothing. Only one girl said she had no numbers to get our order. It would have been much better if the kiosks worked so I wouldn't have been stared at like I'm an alien .
