Whisk and Arrow helped make my wedding vision come true! I wanted cakes at each table as our centerpieces and they turned out amazing! Everyone was RAVING about the cake and the idea! Second thing you need to know, Nea is 10 stars out of 5! Met with us and did a cake tasting and got to know us as a couple. Our 4 year anniversary is tomorrow and each year we return for a slice of cake to remember!

The staff was incredible ! They greeted us with a macaroon as it was our first time there and took the time to show us what they had to offer. There was not one thing that looked terrible 😂. We were sold on a cake and coffee and were made a lifetime customer. The personal interactions with great products makes this stand out! My wife has now signed up as a rewards member (which she NEVER does) and will be seen there more often. Keep up the great work and high energy. It was really refreshing seeing a business like this in our backyard!

Wow, what an awesome experience in the most delicious atmosphere! What a wonderful way to be taught how to decorate a cake. With the owner of course! Nea was a superb teacher! We had a lot of fun ! We're going to have to learn how to make sure we come again!

To the person who left the 1 star review from Sunday drive thru.... I sincerely doubt you received that type of service from this wonderful business. I think the old saying goes, if you have nothing nice to say, DO NOT say anything at all, especially leave a very terrible, incorrect review to this small family owned business that is only trying to bring good food, delish bakery items to the community. Each and every staff member there work hard, and enjoy what they do for Whisk and Arrow and the clientele that love this place. The "owner" as you put it in your review, goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is getting top quality food/ bakery/ top quality Customer Service, not to mention how she values her staff and is one of the best bosses any of them could ask for. She will always have their backs, as she KNOWS each of her employees and KNOWS her employees give you service with a smile each time. I, for one, commend her for having her employees back with non sense that comes at her. Please try to have a more positive thought process, and allow yourself to enjoy the Holiday Season.

Excellent food made from real ingredients. There is something for everyone here- macarons bursting with flavor, rich chocolate brownies, and thick frosting cakes. There is a cooler with amazing lunch options, as well (which sometimes go on sale & is a great way to try something you’re unsure of). There are a wide variety of drink options, so even people that can’t have caffeine have a lot of choices that are actually good. Great customer service-when they were out of stock of an item I ordered online, they called me right away and made it right, offering a substitution or refund. The staff make it look like a really fun work environment.

Nea and team are sugar magicians! The high quality ingredients are turned into delectable treats. Choose from a wide variety and then try to pick your favorite: a (gluten free) brownie, chocolate chip cookie with a hint of flaky salt, a delicious cup of iced or hot coffee/chai/steamer/tea, a savory croissant, soup, or a beautiful custom cake. They know how to have fun, are a beloved part of the Appleton community, and help us create memories with tasty treats. Today I placed an online order and one of the items had sold out just before they started packing my goodies. Chef Sara(h?) called me to offer a replacement to ensure I had choices to meet my preference. WOW! I was impressed with that approach. how many other businesses would proactively contact a customer?

This is truly a small craft local artisan, bakery, that perfects home baked goods with cookies, croissants, desserts, the list goes on. I’m always in search of a good gourmet chocolate chip cookie, and this place is my final stop that executes a perfect product. The owner truly knows what she’s doing and they have an excellent staff that will assist you in any way possible.
