So they forgot my drink, asked for no ranch and gave me a side of ranch when I said cheese 💀 ordered lemon pepper and hot honey rub, but gave me BBQ (maybe they don’t know how to read?), ordered Louisiana voodoo fries, and gave me regular fries? Will not be coming back this shit is funny yall suck so bad🤣🤣🤣

Third time I've gone, and my coke is absolutely nothing more than carbonated water. Food isn't the best I keep trying to give this place another shot and everytime they let me down. Should either start changing the syrup for your drinks or make them free.

I don’t eat their food, but I order it for my partner, and wanted to give a shout out to the new manager. He was excellent from the phone call in to pick up. Very professional, and the owners should hold on to him!

Put in an order at 6 with a 22 minute wait. At 7:10 a guy finally tells everyone their system went down. But they didn’t tell us that until after messing with their system for 20 minutes. The crew all went in the back and just sat around while everyone waited. I couldn’t even request a refund because the system was down.
They had a bunch of food made and sitting in the fryer. They could have just looked at my phone receipt but nope they couldn’t do that. It had to be from their system.
I left. There is a lesson here for them. They did a poor job communicating what was going on to everyone. Outside that I don’t really blame the crew. Whoever was managing did a terrible job, but at the same time apparently only they could work on the system.

I was excited to have my favorite place to eat open in the Midwest. We originally drove to OshKosh because the website stated they were open. No, it's still under construction and had to drive 23 miles to Appleton. This location changed my mind forever and won't be back. Our order was messed up at the register and for some reason the total was miscalculated in our favor. 3 sets of customers came in after we sat down and their food was delivered before ours. The chicken sandwich ordered takes 14 minutes to prepare and weren't made aware of at ordering. Staff couldn't understand English as I stood waiting on our meal. The sandwich was drowning In Buffalo sauce that was explained NO Buffalo. My husband couldn't eat it and still didn't receive his fries. My strips were swimming in grease and had to soak it up before eating. The kitchen staff was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak like inside of a crowded bar. The $7 we paid was exactly what we received
we just recently moved to the appleton area, and love this wingstop !! good food & service !! would recommend 100%

I DoorDash me some food late as hell, but they still gave me some good quality food. Best I been served everything def was how I wanted it. Nothing missing at all, even added extra sauce I didn’t even need but it’s the thought that counts. So thank you for amazing late night cravings.

Chicken was juicier than BWW. I loved it, but my family likes a drier chicken with the sauce baked on and not as sloppy as these wings. They were medium busy and took 10 minutes to acknowledge me and that was only cuz I walked right to the counter finally to say I had a pick up order. Then I got it right away. I would eat there or pick up again. My daughter said the seasoned fries were the best she ever had! I enjoyed them, too.

We stopped in late at night and the lady at the front was one of the nicest, most patient and helpful workers I've ever encountered. We got the big tenders and wings box thingy and had plenty of leftovers- it's a great value with a huge variety of flavors. The hot honey rub was mouthwatering. We will certainly be back!
