Burnt pizza. For whatever reason it won’t let me post a picture but we ordered pizza an hour and a half early for pickup (at the correct time) and all 3 of our pizzas were burnt. Dried out crust and not enough cheese on the pizza. Very disappointing.

After waiting 2 hours for our “delivered” order to show up and never ended up receiving it. We Went to the building in person, explained what was happening and looking for our order after being hung up on many times from the call center. Luckily the employee in the closing shift was so understanding about it and remade the order. Still don’t know where our original order went but thankfully the employee handled it well.

Ordered delivery received 1 pizza with wrong toppings. Called manager asked for new pizza or credit. Said credit. She was on the phone and said she ran the $20 credit. Never received. Guess I learned my lesson.

I live in Appleton Wisconsin and have ordered pizza from the meade st location for at least 5 years and have had NO problems. I tried to order a pizza like a month ago and the guy on the phone took my order told me how much it was going to be and how long it would take to get there, He said 15 min so we waited for a half hour and tried calling the store and no answer so we thought they were just super busy but after like 2 hrs we realized that we weren't getting our pizza. I tried calling a week or two later and they picked up the phone took my info and when I gave them my address they literally hung up on me and I tried calling back for over an hr and no one would answer. Very unprofessional and I have always paid my bill and tipped very well! I don't know what is going on at that store but they need a new manager or someone that will make those employees accountable for the crappy customer service and the child's play. My wife and I love pizza hut but it is going to take alot of changes at that store until I will ever order a pizza from them. We should be compensated for the way we were treated and we didn't get our pizza either!!! Come on pizza hut get it together!!!!

We ordered pizza for the Packer game on Sunday 10/2/22. It was a 2 topping special. But the pizza only had one topping. Both pizzas were very greasy. The cheese only went half way up the crust. Won’t order from there again. We didn’t even eat it, yuck!

The pizza was a half hour late so we gave the store a call, they said they didn't have our order in their system at all, so we asked how we would go about getting a refund or getting reimbursed, and they just said they couldn't help us with that at all, couldn't give us any information and would not provide a refund (even though we have proof and a bank statement of the purchase). The pizza ended up showing up about fifteen minutes later thankfully, but it was cold and had multiple hairs in it...didn't even feel comfortable eating anymore. Probably not going to order here ever again after this experience.

Nov 14,2021 my 5-8 year old children and I were HORRIFIED with the image of one of your Meade St employee which was engaged in an illegal drug activity in your parking lot, he wasn't no older than 16-17 years of age.. I have already plan on emailing the franchise who own Meade St, I will be asking that the employee be fired and that local police be in formed as well

I order a pizza through their app at 12:58 per email confirmation. Around 1:30-1:40, I see that it is out for delivery... at 2:00, I call the store as no pizza yet... said it should be there any minute now. At 2:30, I call the store again and was told that they knocked on my door and left the pizza... NO THEY DID NOT! I was watching my cul de sac since 1:55, before my 1st call to the store and no pizza delivery vehicle entered on this road. Liar Liar! Most pizzas get cold within 20 minutes... 2 hours later, no pizza! When I called, they had me check the other 3 apartments to be sure it wasn't there. They didn't believe me! I will see if the refund goes through or not... Will "never" utilize their app, order by phone, or enter their stores ever again!

We've been customers of this particular Pizza Hut, on Meade Street in Appleton, WI for many years - my estimate is 17 years. At all times, the workers have been friendly, and the pizza is tasty and reasonably priced. Except for school events, when the pizza order was huge (so we had delivery), we have always picked up our pizza order ourselves. 2019 is the first year we experienced a poorly maintained parking lot. And this winter has been mild for Wisconsin. There were two days of snow, but not anything to cause service delays. But when I arrived at this Pizza Hut to pick up my order, it was about 3 days after the last snow fall; that parking lot was full of snow turned to slush, and I'm talking 3 - 5 inches of this stuff on the entire parking lot, with tire tracks all over. Those poor delivery people, who had to walk through this. I wonder how many slipped and fell. And the poor customers. I had to trudge through this tall mess of slippery slush and melty snow; in hindsight, I should have just driven back home and cancelled the order. The workers have always been friendly and I feel sorry for them. On my way out of the place, order in my arms, I warned two other customers who were exiting behind me. They also agreed that the parking lot was unacceptable. It had been 3 days since the last snow fell. All of the other businesses that I'd frequented during that time had their parking lots cleared with no problems. There are numerous other pizza places in Appleton. In fact, a new Jimmy John's just opened right across the street from this Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut sent me an online survey, and I advised them of this problem. I am willing to order pizza again from this particular store, this winter season. But if the parking lot is in such horrible condition, I'm cancelling the order and advising them of the reason. Then taking my business elsewhere.

YUCK!!!!! I ordered a simple cheese pizza. I didn't think to check the pizza before I took it home, and when I got home and flipped the box open, I discovered the worst looking pizza I've ever seen. It was blackened! And it's not like they didn't know the quality of the pizza before it got put in the box, someone had to look at it after it came out of the pizza oven, put it in the box, and cut it. Curious, I took a bit of one of the slices. Yep, disgusting and inedible. I tried to give it to my dogs (who like to sneak and eat cat p***** and they wouldn't even touch it. Apparently the taste of cat turds is more appealing than this pizza. At that point I decided that it worth my gas and trouble to drive back and return this tripe. Whoever was working the register was friendly when I got there, and after looking at it, offered to bake me another. I loudly declined, explaining if they choose to pass this garbage off to me, then I don't want another of their pizzas. They obviously don't care about their quality or customers at all to offer anyone this. I was promptly refunded my money. By that time everyone of the dozen or so patrons also walked up to the counter to gaze upon their creation. Everyone equally agreed that it was "disgusting and nasty looking." If you are craving a Pizza Hut pizza, consider the one in Kaukauna. It's consistently been good since trying this one off N. Meade... Bleh!

This is a delivery Pizzeria only. I ordered Baked Lasagna. Let me tell you it was the worst lasagna I have EVER eaten. It's lasagna noodles with either a tomato sauce or alfredo sauce with some skimpy amount of cheese on it. I would be ashamed to advertise as Sarpino's famous. Now I know why they are delivery only because you can't send it back. My friend got a calzone that was just as bad. Do yourself a favor and pass this one by.

I ordered delivery and the wait time was an hour and a half. I was ok with waiting, but when my food finally arrived both the bread sticks and fries were completely cold. I'm not sure if the delivery driver made other stops before me while carrying my food or what. There is no reason my food should be completely cold when the Pizza Hut is literally a block away from me. The fries were soggy and cold, the bread sticks were cold all the way to the center, and the marinara was cold also. The only thing that had any heat at all was the wings, and they were barely above room temperature. This order was a complete rip off. I expect delivery from you to be hot and fresh, as it has always been in the past when i have ordered from you. I will never be ordering delivery from this location until they can figure out how to deliver hot food. This was a total waste of money when I could have ordered wings from other places and have them delivered hot and edible.

Clean, friendly, willing to make sure you are happy. Sometimes even when I select to pick up a pizza at a certain time, I will be standing there for 15 minutes in the lobby past the promised time. This has happened maybe three times in the three years that I moved into my house that is about a block away. It doesn't happen enough to deter me or anything, but the staff always apologizes and make sure to either pay for my entire order or give me breadsticks or something. I cannot say anything as far as their delivery service, as I literally live too close to the store so that they won't deliver to me. Kinda hysterical, to be honest. Their staff is always realllllly nice.
