Wiseguys is my go-to pizza spot in the Fox Valley. The pizza is always on point. We love the coco hand tossed pizza with a few extra marinara sauces on the side. The crust and sauce never disappoint. Wiseguys wings and cheese curds are legit too. The whole place has a great vibe. Love the decor, cozy, friendly, and never pretentious. Huge shoutout to Robbie John behind the bar. He always remembers your name, your drink and makes great conversation.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time here! The food was delicious (I could have just dined on the cheesy garlic bread alone) and the atmosphere was cozy and warm. I want to especially shout out our server Dell, who took such good care of us. His kindness really made our night special. Thank you Dell!

It's actually been about a year or two since we have eaten here last, despite the fact that it is less than a quarter mile from our home. When we did eat there, the food was very good, fresh and delivered by servers who really took care of us. I, without a doubt, would recommend people give this place a try if you have not yet.
About the only somewhat negative that I can think of is the fact that their hours seem somewhat inconsistent. There have been several times where we wanted to run up there for a quick dinner only to find them closed.
Oh, and they dropped that awesome Italian sausage burger / sandwich from the menu a few years ago and I keep hoping they will bring it back. LOL

The service was amazing, our waitress was so sweet! The lower rating is for the main reason we were-the pizza. Very burnt on the bottom- the crust and bottom were a little hard from being over cooked. Pizza was alright otherwise!

Best breadsticks around, they were made to be dipped in the pasta sauce, it is what gives it a high rating because otherwise they mess up the pasta often, just minor thinks like spaghetti and angel hair

We all have been told, Never judge a book by it's cover. Wise Guys Pizzeria and Pub is a shining example of that metaphorical phrase. When you approach, you are greeted by a lovely patio setting. When you walk through the entrance this is where the Metamorphosis happens, you step back into time, I time of dark woods, low amber lighting, exposed brick and wonderful private booths. The service was slow, good and then tapered off. The wait staff uses warming welcoming phrases to let you know you'll be taken care of. The pizza is good, there is adequate sauce, cheese and other toppings of your liking. The drinks seem to be ample. Overall this was a wonderful experience that I wouldn't mind revisiting from time to time.

This was our first time at Wiseguys and overall we enjoyed our dinners. We ordered a pizza to share and a cheesy garlic bread. The bread was just okay... nothing special. But the marinara sauce for dipping was outstanding. We then got our pizza... it was a hand-tossed combination. The toppings and sauce were very very good. However, the dough was unexceptional at best. It didn't have much flavor and our pizza was overcooked... most of the bottom and especially around the edges were black. I think if it wasn't burnt it might have helped with the flavor. But overall it was a good pie. Next time I will probably try the Chicago style.
