I just finished the last piece of my gluten-free, dairy-free, soy- free, lemon , layered with blueberries, Birthday Cake received from a dear friend yesterday! It was, and is, DIVINE! I haven't had cake since beginning my anti-inflammatory eating plan 2 years ago, and I definitely will be a repeat customer! Thank you so much for accommodating my needs!
