I used Wilma’s Bakery for my wedding. I have many nut allergies and my now husband has Celiacs. Wilma’s was the most perfect match for us. We had her make 2 1/2 sheet cakes, 140 cupcakes, a 4” cake, and 8”/10” tiered cake for our wedding and she delivered all of the cake looking beautiful and with the correct flavors. This is the BEST gluten free bakery I have found. Her cookies and bars - you can’t tell they are gluten free. Let’s talk about her cakes. These are the best ALL around not just compared to other gluten free bakers but ALL bakers. Once you try them you will understand.I also love the sandwich bread!Honestly, everything I have tried is amazing and Sabrina is a doll!
A friend with celiac’s disease recommended trying their desserts at a local event. Let me just say it was phenomenal. Started out on the pumpkin cheesecake slice telling myself I’d eat half today and half tomorrow…well it must be tomorrow already because the slice be gone. But here is a picture back when I still had a bite left. ?
