This place is great. Mark and the two young ladies are the best. Theylet you come into the store and wander around at your own pace. Youdo not have a sales person standing over you trying to sell you everything in the store.If you have a question they are great at helping you andtheir knowledge about the items in the store is outstanding. I lookedaround at other stores and you will not find a lower price and theitems are very high quality. They will also deliver your items andtake away your old ones. Also if you do not find what you are lookingfor in the store ask to look at their TV screen to see other itemsthat you can get. Why waste your time looking at other placeswhen they can't beat Bob's. This is the only place I will ever buyfurniture.
I can't thank everyone at Bob's enough for your outstanding Outlet! There are few places like this one. There has never been a time I have gone there and didn't get what I needed. I used to like this store. Now they won’t honor a mask exemption so I had to shop and hope I wouldn’t pass out because my heart was pounding. I asked to have a lamp turned on and the girl tried said oh there’s no bulb in it and and started rearranging the furniture. I would think you could take the bulb from the lamp one couch away!! Very rude. Not worth the migraine that I now have. Thanks a lot for nothing.
