“This was stop for us in rural Wisconsin on the way to dinner and when I say rural it's no cell phone service Raul. The place is your typical small town Wisconsin bar that is very small with a pool table in the back. The decor is a hodgepodge if taxidermy, pictures etc etc. The place was mostly empty with a friendly bartender. Food is minimal with burgers and frozen pizza for the most part. Overall is a cool little place to stop at for a cocktails and a game of pool.”

“Great little place! I saw a review that said it was a small place and it is. Summer time patio area definitely helps with that. Service was great. Food was spot on. Burgers were awesome and the smoked gouda bites are a must try. A true gem in the country.”

“What a beautiful place! Great atmosphere with lovely music and the food was excellent! I had the avocado tomato grilled cheese with chicken noodle soup. Yum! And we tried the truffle fries, delish as well. They have a huge variety of beverages including tons of teas. While waiting for food we browsed the store filled with quality locally made items. I love seeing unique places like this in our small communities.”

“To say that this place is off the beaten trail is an understatement, but Jeff has some of the best baked goods around. You can't buy on site anymore so the only places that I know of to get his stuff is 1855 Coffee House in Mazomanie and the farmers market on the square in Madison. The morning buns and muffins are top notch!”

“First time here. Very casual and relaxed atmosphere. Ordered and omelette and everything was fresh and delicious and then tried one of their blueberry pancakes with the lemon sauce which was outstanding! Definitely need to give it a try if you’ve not been there before.”

“There was a buffet with several meat and vegetable options as well as salad and homemade rolls and ? desserts. It was wonderful. The building is an old mill and very quaint with a gift shop with homemade home goods and jellies and jams. Atmosphere is fantastic, service excellent. Highly recommend The Old Feed Mill.”
