Fish wasn’t the hottest but still good. One of the cleanest arbys I’ve been to in a while. Counter service was probably the best I’ve seen in Ashland during my weekend stay.
I had a wrap with no chicken. I was asked what kind of cheese I wanted but it never made it to the wrap. It ended up costing over $7.00. Location is right off Hwy. 2.

Manager Reno is a great guy. Used to come here for my pregnancy cravings. They only messed up once! I went back to fix the order and got an extra of what I had order for free and made correctly. They are very willing to fix mistakes.

I got the 4 for 10 roast beef sandwiches good portion in each the roast beef was similar to the old Hardee's roast beef not the roy Rogers roast beef which I had hoped for but price was good service quick and food was warm gives it a 4

My expectations for Arby's were exceedingly low before walking in yet this place managed to disappoint anyway. Our food was not hot. Not really warm either. Room temp. We asked for both Arby Sauce and Horsey Sauce and were given three packs and one pack, respectively. They were going to make us pay soda prices for tap water so we didn't order any water at all. The people working there were dead-eyed and bored out of their minds. No joy. Nothing but autopilot mediocrity.
I ordered a medium size meal and they gave me a small drink I even asked for it and they didn't give me the right size

Drive thru service was absolutely horrible!!!!....girl didn't give me a total....literally grabbed my card from me....HARSH words were said and I didn't trust enough to eat my food!!!!...could have been tampered with....Parking: Not a lot of parking

This place is really amazing! I went on 3/5/23 at 12:05 pm and the service was outstanding! I ordered a lot of food and I said sorry to the cook and he said no problem that it is his job and he was glad to cook the food. The person that took my order took all my coupons and was very professional! He brought humor, and it seemed liked he really enjoyed his job. The food was hot, fresh, accurate, and most important very tasty! I wish I had an Arbys in my town but glad this one really cares about people and their food!
