Manager Reno is a great guy. Used to come here for my pregnancy cravings. They only messed up once! I went back to fix the order and got an extra of what I had order for free and made correctly. They are very willing to fix mistakes.
The food is excellent and the service is good but the atmosphere is typical of a fast-food restaurants.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and there's a kids menu.Parking: Parking lot is large and has special places for the handicapped to parkWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access for disabled people.

Fish wasn’t the hottest but still good. One of the cleanest arbys I’ve been to in a while. Counter service was probably the best I’ve seen in Ashland during my weekend stay.
