Went through the area this past Sunday. The person that took our order, and the person that handled our money, we’re both awesome and very friendly. The food itself was also amazing. Overall very impressed with this location. Keep up the good work!
I stopped for a bite before my hair appointment, I could tell the one lady taking ordered in driveup was exhausted but still gave great customer service and a smile at the first window, when I received my food the guy at the second window carried on with great customer service and a smile as well. It was great to see this in a place where you usually don't, what ever the Ashland WI McDonald's is doing it should train other locations!

The manager didn't really want to manage. If there were problems the staff had to figure them out, and if they asked questions they got yelled at. Not a good look. Food was same quality as any McDonald's, but the everything else was... Lacking.
