I guess since some local ahole doesn't like his job he doesn't care if orders are correct. I've been on a 10 jour road trip my guy all I wanted was what I paid for, your poor life choices working closing shift you so clearly hate shouldn't affect people who are traveling with 0 options of something else. Trying to make it to my hotel to make check in tonight otherwise I would've just turned around.

Went to McDonalds and asked of their ice cream machine was broken. The person answering the drive thru simply said “Yes” in a very good tone. Sadly we had to go to the lowly DQ down the road. Wish mcdonalds ice cream machine wasn’t broken.

Was super busy so I was understanding, but then I got my food after waiting 15-20 minutes and not only were my fries super hard but so were the nuggets,I thought they’d at least be fresh for how long I waited, but no it honestly tasted like it’d been sitti by out for hours

i went here with a friend one time and ordered my food like normal inside the building, saying my thank you’s, and once i ordered and payed i got $0.08 back but they were given in all pennies. i had no pennies in my wallet so i was like “might as well put three pennies in the donation box and keep the other 5. so i put the three pennie’s into the donation box with ONE hand and when i was leaving, my friend said “all the workers were staring at you” and so i was weirded out obviously. we then leave the mcdonald’s parking lot and got pulled over 3 minutes after we left and the police asked me and friend separately what we were doing at mcdonald’s lol. like i ordered food and put coins in a donation box?? turns out they called the cops saying that i stole from the donation box. i can’t believe that happened and now i’m too scared to even go through the drive through. 1 star

I ordered in the drive through and happened to have the manager on staff and preparing my meal. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience and my food was poorly served. I ordered a caramel frappe and a vanilla cone, which my frappe’s whipped cream and caramel did not even touch the lid and was safe to call it “just a regular frappe) since the whipped cream & caramel was barely there, along with my cone’s vanilla ice cream barely on too. I wanted to ask if he could add more, but he had terrible people skills and shut the window and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. This will probably be my last time ordering from McDonald’s again.

The manager didn't really want to manage. If there were problems the staff had to figure them out, and if they asked questions they got yelled at. Not a good look. Food was same quality as any McDonald's, but the everything else was... Lacking.
