This place is a classic in Ashland. Highly recommended if you want to see a bar that is clean, well maintained, and has not changed in years.

The place looks like it bumps on Saturday nights. Friendly staff and a good selection of beer and liquor.

Hi my name is kyle lundmark I was waiting for my mom 1 day when she had work out class and it was cold and I came in to warm up I talked to the bartender and I told him that I was waiting on my mom to go home and the bartender asked me what I was doing I told him that I was waiting for my mom to head home he started to get mad because I was waiting for my mom he was very very rude to me so he told me to leave and I said no because it's cold out and I'm waiting for my mom then he started to yell at me I haven't been this angry at this bartender
Walked in wearing mask per local ordinance. Took off after I sat down. Put mask back on when I checked what was on tap, bc parons were within 2 feet. Immediately got harassed by several patrons. I remarked I was doing this to protect them, but if they persisted I was leaving. Of course they persisted. So I left. Awful experience, and I was coming in merely following local ordinance! I was happy to unmask once seated and safe distance. Was planning to stay a couple hours, $5 tip for barista at minimum. Hoping to just enjoy watching Sunday Night Football. But nope. Too much to ask. Last time I went in, another completely different but equally offensive situation arose. For the record ... I have worked in biz and such things do not happen to me. Go to South Shore. Customers here are jerks.

Nope. The last 2x I have been in, customers have been confrontational. I have worked in biz, so I am far from inappropriate myself. And I am at least a 30% tipper. Last time a covid issue, simply because I was following local ordinance, and -- this part is important - made NO ISSUE with what others were doing. I get it. I was simply out to patronize a local business that might be feeling the covid hit. Guess what? I will never set foot in here again -- and I used to recommend it. Now? Don't do it. Go to Alley, or South Shore. Customers here are too dicey and, like me, may spoil your day/evening.
