“As my girlfriend and I were dining tonight we noticed our waiter was being degraded by a very rude man. The waiter asked the people what they wanted to drink and we even heard it. The man demanded the waiter speak up. There was a couple next to us with their son and the man and woman were absolutely being absurd! They sat down and the man told the waiter to get him a match box so the waiter could fix his table from rocking. Then the waiter took the woman’s glass for a refill and made her the priority and as he walked to fill her glass the man held up a plate and said what did you forget this to?….. I finally had enough and spoke up. I said he made her drink refill a priority over your plate. She mumbled something and asked if I was from out of town or not. I didn’t really answer her. So at the end of this…. I paid my bill and gave him a tip. I also held out a 100.00 bill and handed it to the waiter and I looked at the rude people and said here…. I will cover your tip. The rude man said I was an idiot. Because he said the waiter made too much already. Many people smiled at what I did. The joke is on you rude people. You still have to pay your bill and you are the 🫏’s. He just made a bunch of money off you treating him like garbage. The waiter looked as if he was going to cry. I felt your hurt buddy. Chin up. You did an amazing job for us.“
