We went through the drive-through for just a couple cookies and it took over 20 minutes to get them. Then when they finally opened the window to get our money, they never said hello or greeted us or anything. And then we got our cookies we had to ask for our receipt. Once we got our receipt, they just handed it to us and never said another word. It was honestly pretty poor customer service on their end. Then to top it off my cookie was seriously completely raw in the center.

The kids here are extremely good at completely ignoring people on the other side of their counter. It's as if we're not even here and they just make cookies, and that's it! Zero customer service here. I'll never come back and continue to tell everyone how horrible your customer service is 👋

the cookies were good but all of the employees looked upset and non of them were willing to help anyone at the counter, it’s like they were avoiding customers as much as possible and cutting conversations short. I watched a girl ask for her mobile order and all the guy said was it will be ready soon meanwhile it was sitting on their counter infront of us the whole time and therefore made her wait another 5 minutes for it.
