The store was dirty!! The counter by self order hadn't been wiped in weeks with a layer of dust plus dead bugs in the corner under a spider web. Every surface behind the counter was messy- dried dough on the mixers, flour all over the floor, flies on the sample cookies. Nothing looked appetizing at all and we usually LOVE Crumbl cookies.
Also- the Caramel Apple cookies hardly had any apples on them- way less than half of what is advertised ?

Crumble has an amazing community and the service was excellent if you have a sweet tooth please go to crumble they never disappoint
