Kroll's West Reviews
extremely disappointed…. hot dog for kids meal over done, rest of food disappointing. I was the one that wanted to try something different than culver’s boy was that a bad idea… talked to manager and she basically said oh well…
Should’ve looked at reviews before coming. Everyone seems to have the same experience. Not many people were here and service was horrible. Food was horrible. Hardly any chicken in wraps, burgers dry, kids hot dogs dry. Mentioned to server and she said oh sorry. Went to talk to a manger and she was so rude. Asked, well what do you want me to do about it. (She was one of the cooks so I guess she was one of the people who made the horrible food.)
Way overpriced.. burger was dry as cardboard, gave free cookies, couldn’t eat it that bad. Who screws up a cookie! has not been good for some time now. Not going back & no recommendation

Kroll's West, located near Lambeau Field, is a well-known restaurant celebrated for its Wisconsin meals. Their menu includes a "perfect" burger with all the toppings, chili with noodles, and cheese curds that melt in your mouth. The pizza burger and butter burgers continue to be favorites, while the booyah remains a unique offering. The restaurant has a large space and is complemented by friendly staff who are generally attentive. Many customers appreciate the location, but some reviews indicate that the waitstaff could benefit from better menu knowledge. Recent visitors have experienced issues with drink preparation and food quality, with some describing an overcooked and dry burger, as well as a sliced prime rib that fell short of expectations. Although certain sides, like salads, can be pricier and do not always include fries, Kroll's West still offers a complimentary slice of cake on specific days. The buns of their burgers are noted for being light, crispy, and soft. Despite some recent disappointments, Kroll's West retains its loyal fans who hope for improvements in food quality and service consistency.
