So it seems to me that whoever owns the place has given up and has decided since it is across from the stadium, it's a money grab. The place used to be excellent, and the service used to be excellent. Now, it's not worth the outrageous wait time for subpar and overpriced burgers when there are so many more great burger places in Green Bay. Skip, save, and search for a better place. Sorry Krolls, you used to be great, but not anymore.
We are visiting from Indy and knew we wanted a butter burger and some cheese curds. These curds melt in your mouth! So freaking good and the butter burgers were awesome! The servers were super friendly and very attentive.
We came to Kroll’s for cheese curds and a burger, as one does. Once we sat ourselves at the food counter we got served quick enough. But then it got weird.
The food was fine, what you would expect, yadda yadda. We shared a burger that didn’t come with a plate or any way to like actually share the burger. I had to lay napkins out in front of us like a picnic and it was awkward. The burger was just wrapped in paper. The curds came in a glass dish (no sauce)...
