I never leave reviews for places but felt compelled to recognize the individual working tonight. In my 35 years on earth I've never had as pleasant an interaction with any food service worker (much less fast food) as I did with the gentleman working at 1am. I didn't catch his name but I believe he was the only person working tonight - has lots of tattoos. Owning and managing a couple different businesses myself, I recognize great customer service and he has it in aces....
Ordered food, worker seemed in a bad mood over the speaker..ok I get it. Car ahead of me seems to be talking to the person at the window. I pull up to the window to hear the apparent manager yelling at an employee in the back calling her a "crazy btch this is why you went to prison" and saying you can't talk to customers like that. The crew working today 8/9/2024 at 7pm were outstanding! I stopped in for a bite with my boyfriend and we received nothing but respect. They even offered to bring our sauces over, brought our drinks to us,the food was great and came out very fast! We also got a “thank you guys” on our way out.Nowadays not a lot of fast food places have employees who are kind and don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them.
