The cocktails, bread, and appetizers were delicious. We would definitely recommend the Fireside Manhattans, house smoked salmon, mixed greens salad, and squash soup. The entrées were good, though the Spätzle with the beef cheeks bourguignon were sparse and gummy and not nearly as good as my homemade (a very simple dish to make). The server responsible for keeping our water glasses full was attentive. But, it was LOUD! The acoustics in this place *amplify* rather than dampen...

We had a very good experience with Chives. My wife said her salmon was very good, and my chicken marsala was the best I've ever had. The chives trio appetizer was top notch as well, with the cold smoked salmon being my favorite of the three items. We will definitely be back next time we come to Bailey's Harbor.

Wine options were varied and excellent. John our server was knowledgeable and helpful. Found a new favorite! Homemade bread and chives butter perfect beginning. The chicken marsala was very flavorful. Filet the best ever. Beautiful, artistic plating. Outstanding experience...again. Huge thanks to the entire Chives team!
