I was under the impression that if they do not serve a blizzard to upside down the next one is free got my blizzard handed to me. I looked like soup. I had asked if my next blizzard would be free due to them, not handing it to me upside down the person that delivered my blizzard said due to extenuating circumstances that will not be the case. Give them a second shot unfortunately horrible experience again will not be returning.

I am appalled at the management in this establishment. I have three little kids we had been in the heat all afternoon so I figured I would treat us to some ice cream. Went through the drive through and the guy was so rude telling me to turn off my ac that was already turned off. I was trying to tell him my order and he kept asking me to repeat myself that he couldn’t hear me and I have never had any issues ordering through a drive through before. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a restaurant that goes above and beyond for its customers. Despite being closed, they still took an order at the drive-thru and provided excellent service. The clean and inviting atmosphere, along with the friendly staff, make for a pleasant dining experience. The staff even went the extra mile to invite a bus load of guests to the restaurant. The food options are great, especially the ice cream, and it is definitely worth a stop off if you're in the area looking for something different from the usual fast food options.
