Always a great experience! I’ve visited this place numerous times over the past several years, mostly for their pizza, which is out of this world. Stopped last night on snowmobiles and had the Frisco burger and it was so so so so good! As were the fries. They have tons of sides to choose from! We love Doc's! Quick, attentive, friendly service! Great food! Awesome hot dagos & pizza! I love the breakfasts!! Heather is the best bartender! We had Hannah today & she was so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Doc's in Balsam Lake. 💯😁
The food is very good and you get lots of it. However, the service is lacking. I ate there twice in 24 hours. The service in the first evening was poor. Very slow to even bring the check. The service around noon the next day was okay. We did get refills on the drinks which was nice, but have definitely got better service elsewhere. Atmosphere is consistent with a typical small town restaurant. Overall, I recommend this place but please don't expect too much in the way of...
