The restaurant features a pleasant patio area, although it's worth noting they do not offer tap beer there. We experienced longer-than-expected wait times; specifically, we waited over an hour for our appetizers and two hours for our main courses. It would have been helpful if they had communicated this delay sooner so we could have made an informed decision. Despite the wait, the food itself was quite impressive. I ordered a meat lovers 16" with extra sauce and I received no extra sauce and a ton of cheese. Your crust has also changed, this is way too thick. No one decided to tell me but they knew. It's very sad, please just be upfront. Mistakes happen to all of us.
