The staff in this restaurant went above and beyond to get a large group seated on the patio. Service and food was great. Staff very friendly!

Been here so many times and have had the steak & feta salad. Never have I had iceberg lettuce and over cooked sirloin steak. Services was good and they did offer to replace it but was told iceberg lettuce was all they had…yuk! $18 bucks down the drain and I’m still hungry as if that’s all you had… nope. Wine was good but Markham Merlot was gone.
Spent a Sunday funday at the Otter. Kris is probably one of the most attentive, nice & funny bartenders you could ask for! great drinks, food and service.
Great food, fun music and friendly staff. We heard about this and decided to check it out, we'll be back!

This place is a great place to stop by next to the lake with good food and the best Wisconsin cheese curds. However, I don't like the atmosphere of bars, but that's just a personal nit-pick of mine. The service was mediocre, not too fast or slow.
Kid-friendliness: People smoke and drink here so I wouldn't bring a kid here. This is a very adult place.

blackened cajun chicken was a chicken breast with some bland seasoning sprinkled on it not flavorful at all ,they add surcharge if you use your credit card, always makes me wonder what will happen when we go to a cashless society

Great atmosphere, very friendly bar tender. Food was ok, my chili was lukewarm and had celery in it. My wife said her chicken sandwich was good.
