Would not take order for no broccoli in generals. I mean that’s OK someplace else would. Super disappointing.

I placed an order for pick up by the time I got home, They did not give me what I ordered. I called them back to ask for a refund. I get a text message from them to go online and request a refund except there’s no way to request a refund. This is over a $7.99 item will never order from them again. How can you treat paying customers like this? First time ordering from them and this is the last time.

I ordered takeout at the register. Cashier added a $7.10 tip to my bill. I protested. Spoke to the manager on the phone and he said that he would remove it that night. HE DID NOT! BEWARE of FRAUD!!!

First, I ordered a crab rangoon, but they gave me spring rolls, which really affected my mood.
Second, the beef today was very shredded and didn't look very fresh.

I recently ordered two large fried rice. When I received my shrimp fried rice, I found a piece of chicken mixed inside. This is completely unacceptable because one of my children is allergic to chicken. In addition, the rice was undercooked, which made the meal unpleasant and not safe to eat.

This mistake could have caused a serious health issue, and the quality of the food was not acceptable. Please address this matter immediately to ensure it does not happen again. I expect better care and attention when preparing food orders.

My friend and I stopped for takeout Chinese food at Adi’s during a road trip. We weren’t sure what to expect, with it being attached to a gas station with a giant green dinosaur as its entrance. But MAN, the food was AMAZING! I got the house lo mein and my friend got the orange chicken. Both were exceptional, definitely the best Lo Mein I’ve had — the noodles were beautifully thick and the sauce was garlicky and scrumptious! There was a lot of meat in the entree too, which I was very thrilled by. We agreed that the orange chicken was the best we’ve had, too. The sauce was so good, full of orange and not sickeningly sweet like most orange chicken tends to be. It even had real orange peel zest in the sauce! The service was also exceptional, with the woman taking our order being so friendly — and the delicious food coming out quickly and very hot! We will definitely be back every time we’re in the Dells area!

Unbelievably rude attitude! Don’t recommend this place! I got kicked out with my unfinished food today!!!!
I walked in myself today and told them I am the only one will eat inside. I ate pretty fast, probably took me less than 10 minutes to the point almost finished the food, the waiter told me I need to get out there because they were closing, I had to take the rest of the food and get out of the restaurant! What a joke! Do you really need to insult your customer to safe 5 minutes? If so who do you take my order when I told you I need to eat inside?

When I was ordering my food, the waiter kept asking me what else I need, I ordered one thing after he asked me, then he asked me what else I need again, to be polite, I ordered the second thing, then he asked again, then I ordered the third thing, and he asked again, I told him at the beginning, I was the only one person, how much can one person eat?! lol! I won’t come to this place again! Get some authentic Chinese food please! By the way, four of their sesame balls together is the size of one at other Chinese restaurant, and they ask for $4.99!
