Im calling corporate tomorrow. I go in there and thr guy claims the machine is down but he clearly just made 2 things of cinnamon pretzels and doesnt want to make anymore. Guy was not friendly at all. Sitting on his phone, like I inconvienced him.

Employee was not the nicest, been a while since I've been but for the prices I would've expected a pretzel that was not over done and the lemonade is the size of a small at any other restaurant. Will not go again.

This is the WORST Auntie Anne’s I’ve ever been to. The pretzels were clearly old and were so nasty we did not finish it. This is also the only location I’ve been to that didn’t give a discount for being an AARP member. I love Auntie Anne’s in general but was very disappointed with both the quality and the service we received at this location.

On my rewards app it told me I recieved a free pretzel on my birthday, we walked in and the worker was very rude and just said “no.” then proceeded to walk away. We decided to purchase a pretzel and he came back to register and said “what?” and rudely took our order.
Didn’t even end up going in because I could see from outside the store that the display only had two things in it. Disappointment of a store. I hope they figure it out.
