The A&w rootbeer freeze was made excellently. All of the food was well made my only problem was my favorite A&W burger is the mushroom Swiss burger and that isn't offered here. I did try the bacon and Swiss burger after they suggested it asan alternative. It is not an alternative to the mushroom Swiss burger. The biggest problem with the bacon Swiss is it is too dry to eat as is.

Every time I go here I have to wait for 20-30 minutes in the drive through. Are kidding me its been years this way. Why hasn't something been done about this.

My food was cold and bland, the building was cold, the workers clearly didn't care to run orders out and would instead just shout the numbers out and then openly complain about customers that didn't grab their food quickly enough (mind you we were sat in the back of the restaurant as far from the counter as you basically could be and we could hear them talking about it). It's also annoying that there isn't a ketchup station and instead just packets, but no sauce cups to put them in. The only warm item on our tray were the fries. I try to find some good things when I write bad reviews, but this place just kinda sucks. I wouldn't bother.

We went through the drive thru for two shakes, it was not busy at all but we waited 15 minutes. I noticed there is no drive thru system, the workers just go up to every car and ask what they ordered, instead of the typical numbering system almost all fast food drive thrus utilize. This is probably, along with other possible reasons, why it took 15 minutes to get TWO shakes. Very disappointing. Dont come here if you want your food quickly. They also didnt put any whipped cream on our shakes.

They are so nice here!! Best service I've ever had at a fast food place.
There were only 2 kids working apart from the chef to run both the dine-in part and the drive-through. They were working so hard but hopefully get some more help soon.

I have so many conflicting feelings…. The service was nice, employees were great, exept that one guy threw fry’s into someone’s bag with no gloves on… service was also SUPER slow, they were however running on 5 employees and a full drive thru line. Overall pretty decent, nice to see that they have all the a&w limited edition items and glass mugs for sale for 9$

Honestly wish we didn't stop here, Only guessing the manager lady took our order, back home our A & W doesnt ask if we want a different side, but if your asking the question why are you giving me an attitude when I ask what there is,!? & then make me try to figure it out while you want to sigh ! Food was terrible , the a & w toy was kfc stickers which you had nowhere to stick because kfc man doesnt work for a & w. Soda area was gross too.
The place was extremely dirty, tables had crumbs, every garbage was full the place wasn't busy at all which should have been the number 1 red flag due to our a & w is always packed from open to close.
