I have so many conflicting feelings…. The service was nice, employees were great, exept that one guy threw fry’s into someone’s bag with no gloves on… service was also SUPER slow, they were however running on 5 employees and a full drive thru line. Overall pretty decent, nice to see that they have all the a&w limited edition items and glass mugs for sale for 9$

Honestly wish we didn't stop here, Only guessing the manager lady took our order, back home our A & W doesnt ask if we want a different side, but if your asking the question why are you giving me an attitude when I ask what there is,!? & then make me try to figure it out while you want to sigh ! Food was terrible , the a & w toy was kfc stickers which you had nowhere to stick because kfc man doesnt work for a & w. Soda area was gross too.
The place was extremely dirty, tables had crumbs, every garbage was full the place wasn't busy at all which should have been the number 1 red flag due to our a & w is always packed from open to close.

The food at A&W is amazing and the staff are friendly. I can’t give a 5 star rating though because 95% of the time that I go through the drive thru here it takes a REALLY long time to get our food. I will say though that if you order inside the restaurant the wait time is short to get your food. So, I HIGHLY recommend going inside to order your food if you have the opportunity here. The food always has tasted amazing which is great and important!

Absolutely horrible service today. Got to drive thru at 8:23pm it’s after 9pm and still waiting for 2 burger combos. Absolutely horrible that no one comes out to say anything or apologize as if this long is normal. This is not the first time this happened but assuming it was a one time thing before. Guess NOT. I would hope a manager contacts me for a full refund.

First of all.. there was 1 other party when we arrived. 1 other clean table which we sat at. We waited 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. We ordered at 334, food didnt come until 356. I asked after 20 minutes and they said my bacon for the burger was the wait. During that time we saw dozens of vehicles go through the drive through.. we never saw a table get cleaned either.... order burger without tomatoes.. guess what i got? Tomatoes... and both our burgers were barely luke warm.. very disappointed and wont be back.

The women’s restroom had no running water to wash your hands. ACK! How do employees wash theirs before returning to work? Please fix!
