Have been there a couple times in the last few months. Each time was the same, achingly slow and mediocre food. The first time took 30 minutes to get our order. The next time was 25 minutes. It seemed to me that their focus was on the drive through, virtually ignoring their customers inside. If the line is slow, maybe make a sign saying that there might be a wait for your order. Instead, people continually had to go to the counter to inquire about their order, including myself.
Went to look for some ketchup but there was nothing out and visible. I had to go to the counter to ask for some . . . seriously?
They did have a sign saying something about "No Refunds". I guess that should have been a clue right there.
We will not be going back and suggest everyone else go somewhere else. This place used to be good, but those days seem long gone.

The shift manager who was packing all the drive thru orders dropped a used glove in with our food. When I went inside to bring it to their attention she had the nerve to say "I dont know who would have done that" while only wearing one glove, so not only did she leave a glove in our food she probably packed the next persons order with one bare hand to boot.. absolutely disgusting and irresponsible...

Walked in and stood at the counter. I waited for someone to notice me . Finally a young woman came asked what I wanted. I ordered a chili dog with onions. She said I owed almost 5 dollars. I said that's not correct.. she argued with me. I then said on Tuesday they are $1,50, has this changed? No answer She walked away again to the back. When she returned, she said $1,50 When i got the chili dog, it was cold, and the chili was so thick, like it was in the warmer all day. No napkin or fork. Poor customer service.
If you order at noon you'll be lucky to get your food by midnight

Drive through very slow waited 20 to 25 min for my food. Seems got worse since opened back up..I also won't eat the chicken got a terrible sandwich all nasty meat ..Come on what happened
