Walked in and sat at bar was noticed and was acknowledged by two bartenders, didn't get served, waited 10 min while watching customers that walked up to the bar get priority. Left with out getting a drink. Nice looking bar though.

We stopped into Brothers on Oak to celebrate our St Patrick’s day and the experience surpassed our expectations by a mile. The service was friendly and prompt (despite how busy it way). The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the food was INCREDIBLE. One of the best burgers I’ve had. I highly recommend checking this place out.

This used to be one of our favorite places to go but after today that has changed. The service is absolutely terrible, the waiter/bartender is the worst! He rolls his eyes on what we ordered, never came to check on us, is on his phone, when my son went up to get a refill on his beer, he was on his phone and was told he had to wait. He never brought his beer, he was chatting with people and when my son was coming back to the table he saw him and told the people at the bar he had to get this guy something. He came to our table and my son asked for his beer. He didn’t bring the beer he originally requested, never apologized for his delay and had attitude when placing beer on table, he never asked if I wanted a refill. He then came to get our baskets, grabbed them and placed the bill on the table. Worst service ever!!! Now the food. Burger wasn’t as ordered and when delivered was told it wasn’t. Both burgers looked smashed down and extremely greasy along with the cheese curds. This was a very disappointing experience and we will never go back!!

Service is fast and friendly and the food is always good. Today we shared some loaded fries and the special patty melt—just a couple of the excellent choices on the menu. Ice selection of beers on tap too—just wish we were closer to enjoy lunch there more
Very slow service and bar was not busy. It took close to a hour for our table to have our food and one of us had to retrieve the food baskets for our table because they were just sitting on counter getting cold. Unacceptable. They had two cooks and one bartender. The other cook should have delivered the baskets. We paid in advance for our food and drinks and tipped bartender well (which we regret). The red bearded bartender appeared grumpy and ignored one person from our group who tried to order more drinks. They didnt clear table that were dirty and had stacked empty food baskets and empty glassware and beer bottles. Lame place. Food tasted good even though warm not hot so tave them 2 star.
