The team, at this location, were outstanding. The most remarkable part of my experience was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Honestly, I have not seen a Burger King this clean in thirty years. I don't normally eat fast food. But, I was so highly impressed I might choose Burger King more in the future! Thank you so much.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. I was the last in line I pulled up to the speaker and sat another 15 mins. Never addressed by the drivethru attendant. After about 15 minutes all the lights in the drive thru shut off and they close, I guess they couldn't be bothered to say "we're closed"2 years later I return to try the classic melt. The burgers are burnt and too small for the bun and taste not like any other burgerking burger I have ever tasted. My dog wouldn't eat it. The cheese tots were good.

The location is fast and friendly, but we ALWAYS feel like we get ripped off. They consistently do not fill french fries and onion ring containers. We do not know about dine-in orders, as we only order to-go. But they do not fill their side items at all. And no, nothing is in bottom of bag. Disappointing to come home with this (see pics).

When there 45 min before closing and was told I couldn't get any ice cream or a shake because they already cleaned the machine. What happened to serving until the restaurant closed? Or was that just the rule when I had to work fast food? I get cleaning early and then having someone come in and order sucks but regardless if you are open you should be serving customers. Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Work your shift and be thankful you have a job. Besides the fact you make more than most others in the fast food stores that came before you.

I ordered online through the app. I went through the drive through as instructed. I told the first window I ordered online, they said ok we are preparing your order now. It took me 23 minutes to get to the 2nd window. When I got there the person said we do not have you order ready and to pull around to the other side of the building into the parking lot. I waited there 10 minutes for them to bring my order out. I took it home and the order seemed as though it was pulled out of a refrigerator. Everything was cold. I'm a burger King fan but I don't think I will ever go back to the baraboo burger King. It has been going down hill. Sorry. Just posting as it happened.

My mom and I stopped here for a quick lunch. Ordered off the grill so our food would be fresh and not dried out from the heat lamps, and they messed up the order and didn't give us one order of fries. The manager was visibly irritated and wasn't professional at all. Cusy9ner service really has gone out the window lately.

Lady had a massive attitude when I order my food at the drive through. And acted like she couldn't be bothered by us being there. She needs to be fired or retrained. Didn't get her name but she's white, middle aged, black hair, and theeth are kinda messed up in the front.Food was hot. But had to ask for the things she forgot to give us and that almost sent her over the edge. She slapped the straw in my hand and practically throw the jelly at me.
