Seems to be completely random when it's open. Never could get a drink here. They're are hours posted that are not followed and no one seems to know if/when it's open.

Excellent Experience all around. We stayed in a two bedroom condo for 4 nights. The layout was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space for downtime, which we need. The beds were very comfortable. I even slept on the murphy bed in the living room and was just fine. Room was very clean. Housekeeping was great about bring us extra towels, shampoo etc. The kitchen was great to have full side fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Picked up a walmart order and saved a lot of $$ not having to eat out as food at the resort is very pricey. The resort was kept very clean (hallways picked up of towels, garbage) and that was impressive. Water parks were great, only complaint is the chlorine level seemed a bit high as I ended up with a rash on the 3rd day we were there.

Clean room. Plenty of typical room amenities except there was no hair conditioner. Pillows were odd and uncomfortable. Nice guest service. A bit of a walk from the indoor waterparks at wilderness resort but it was all indoors. Easy check-in and check-out process. Love that the Waterpark wristbands are also your hotel room door fab. Fun fun watermarks!

Dumpy. No hot water. Yep, in the morning we tried and tried to get hot water for the shower. Absolutely no luck. Kids running around. Noisy. Not very clean. Overpriced. Here for a wedding so we essentially had no choice of lodging options. Would have never chosen this hotel.

I'm a local, so I spend a lot of time exploring resorts here. This is Disney quality in all the best ways. We had a villa that was clean, spacious and well themed. The waterparks are excellent, service amazing, you don't have to leave the property for once. Fair warning though, the holding fee for a three bedroom is 1, 000 though. Totally refundable, we got it back...But it's definitely scary. Oh, get the cheese curd pizza. Best pizza I ever had!

We've stayed at Glacier Canyon with 1-3 granddaughters for over 10 years plus - love the 2-bedroom condos. Only people staying at the Wilderness Resort are allowed in their water parks, etc., so even in hot weather the place isn't jammed with an influx of people. As our granddaughters have gotten older, they move to taller slides and the larger pools. Even in the condo I don't cook, but the kitchen area is great for storing the snacks we bring along and keeping our beverages cold. Evenings we gather at the table to play games - UNO, Clue, Pick-Up-Sticks and other oldies but goodies.

We were there with our kids and grandkids in a suite so did our own cooking to save money. Lots to do so enjoyed our stay. Bring comfy footwear as there is a lot of walking. They do offer trams etc but we chose to walk.

We are currently in a 2BR condo in Glacier Canyon. The condo above us is having a huge party and it’s midnight. We have called security TWICE and they apparently have no control. Not happy that Glacier Canyon and their security can’t control this. Never again!!!

Great little spot to get a moment away with all the activities of water slides , arcades and go karts . Great drink selection with pool tables near by . No food offered but great seating around a fire place as well as the bar. Awesome spot for some drinks and relaxing . Nice view of the courtyard also

Great stay. We booked a 2 bedroom condo at Glacier Canyon. It was just me, my wife, and 2 children, but the condo could easily accommodate 2 families or more. Kitchen was great, with lots of space, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and all the dishes we needed. The condo was bigger than I expected, and would work great for an extended stay. Both bedrooms had large TVs, and one had a bunk above the queen bed. Other had a king bed. There was also a pull down queen size in the living room. Living room also had a curtain you could pull to basically create a 3rd full bedroom. No complaints at all.

We arrived and waited for our room then checked in to a room that clearly smelled like weed. Called the front desk they said housekeeping would come take a look. Waited an hour and went to the front desk and they said no one had called. Got my room switched. Then they programmed my keys wrong. Got locked out of the room. Went on the long walk to the front desk to a not very nice worker only to have her program the key wrong. Walked back and talked to a manger and after 15 more minutes got my key programmed to the right room. Only accommodation I received was a late checkout, a $75 value in their words. My family had been waiting outside the room locked out for 45 minutes at this point. One night left to stay and the ventilation system is pumping weed smell into the room. Nothing against smoking weed just don’t need to have my young kids complaining about the smell. Won’t be coming back to Wilderness.

Bring your own towels ! We literally called 5 times to the front desk and went up there 2 times to get some bath towels - waited 1.5hrs and nothing tried again later and waited another 1.5hrs - it was faster to go to the store and buy some - also very crowded way passed their limit in the pools - we will not be staying here again - not much concern for the guest considering it’s a “Resort” just as bad as the Olympian resort - go to Great Wolf Lodge instead

Everything I thought was good about this location versus the Wilderness held true. Not as noisy, same quality. When I say not noisy our neighbors (who we knew) were leg wrestling till all hours of the morning (all turning 50 by the way) and we all slept through it! That being said, if stairs are not your thing, ask for a room on the first floor. Not a ton of elevator options and those that were there were smaller.

We’ve taken our kids and grandkids kids here every year for the past 13 years. The staff has always been very accommodating to get our rooms close together and meet our needs. We have precious memories and I would highly recommend Glacier Canyon!
